Modern football is a kind of mixed sports with high intensity intermittent sports.Players need to sprint repeatedly on the field,so high frequency acceleration,change direction and deceleration brake run through the whole game.Players will need to function in the high strength of the best offensive and defensive technology,in the fierce confrontation in the coach for the game tactics,and this requires players in the game should not only have good physical reserves,but also have excellent sensitive quality,and the key factors influencing the football student sensitive quality,strength and the strength of the lower limbs explosive power is closely related to the body,According to the articles related to the development of explosive force and agility quality,it is known that the plyometrics training has very efficient results in improving the explosive strength of lower limbs and enhancing the ability of reaction agility of players in competitions.Research Objectives: Of this article is in plyometrics training in domestic and foreign experts and scholars research results as the theoretical basis,choose xi ’an sports college football college football special students as the research object of this experiment,after the experiment on two groups of experiment personnel can effectively reflect the sensitive level of six measures of sensitivity test,through the analysis of the test indicators,To explore the effect of this training method on improving the dexterity and quality of college football students.Research methods: This paper mainly adopts literature method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,experimental method and mathematical statistics method.Thirty-two participants were randomly assigned to 40 minutes of plyometrics training in the experimental group and 40 minutes of traditional strength training in the control group.After the experiment,six sensitive quality indexes of all subjects were tested,and the results were statistically analyzed using SPSS25.0.Research results: the experimental group and control group after 8-week experimental period,the five ball sensitive test index grades and item 1 has a sensitive test ball index scores were analyzed after the experiment,found the Illinois sensitive test,Nebraska sensitive test,T test,Pro and L testing has very significant difference;AFL ball agility test results showed significant differences.Research Conclusions:1.Plyometrics training can better enhance the explosive power of lower limbs of football students.2.Traditional strength training can significantly improve the agility of football students without and with the ball3.Plyometrics training plays a significant role in enhancing the agility of football students without and with the ball.4.Plyometrics training can improve the agility of football students better than the traditional strength training.
