The Communist Party Of China Persistently Develop The Classical Marxist Talents View

The national talent is significant to the development of the Party and the nation. The talent is the most powerful force to promote the economical society, so it is the fundamental policy to strengthen and improve talent. Since the party’s sixteen conference, the development strategy of reinvigorating China through human resource development was established, and the strategy has to be under the guidance of Marxist talent theory. In the background of economic globalization, political multi-polarization and the rapidly development of science and technology, it is rather important to stick to the correct ideology which keeps pace with the times in the work of talents, and create an organic combination of Marxist theoretical education and practical ability cultivation. It’s bright time significance to promote the quality of talents, increase the number of talents and coordinate the structure of talents.Marxist view of talent is a talent theory based on materialistic dialectics, cherishing the essential features of popular character practicality and reality, which firmly applies the basic interest of the most people as the valuation standard, and adhere to the development road of combining the theory and practice. This study mainly analyzed two aspects of Marxist talent view:the formation and development of the Marxist talent view and the Chinese Communist Party’s leaders enriching and creativity the application of the Marxist talent view. And I discussed the theories in the view of the perspective of Marxist Ideology history. This study reviewed the creation process of Marxist talent view and its essence, and annotated the development and application of Engels’, Lenin’s and Stalin’s Marxist talent view. On the basis of the analysis, I studied the innovative application of the four Chinese Communist Party’s leaders:Mao Zedong’s, Deng Xiaoping’s, Jiang Zemin’s and Hu Jintao’s Marxist talent view, and made a further interpretation for the outstanding contributions of Engels, Lenin and Stalin-three representative figures in the development history of Marxism for improving Marxist system of talent concept in one’s respective times. Based on this, grasp the innovative application of Marxist view of talent from four Party’s leaders-Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping, Jiang Zemin and Hu Jintao in revolution and construction periods of new China. They analyzed in different perspectives and conclude out the perseverance and development of classical Marxist view of talent from Chinese Party, offering a realistic theatrical guidance for the following work of talent in a certain period.This paper on the basis of theoretical analysis, and from the perspective of history Ideological. We can come to the conclusion:Marxist talent view is a changing developing theory, but not an immutable and frozen dogma; It’s a practice theory combining with the theory, rather than a kind of fake furnishings; It’s a theory for the most people, rather than a theory of leader’s creation. In the future, the practice work of Marxist talent view, we must sticking to the principles of development, practical and universal, so that our talent theory can keep pace with the times. It’s united with practice of specific history and serves the people well. An overall awareness has to be erected up in the Socialist talents construction work, which should be highlighted in the overall layout of the cause of socialist construction with Chinese characteristics. The guiding position of Marxism has to be persevered in the talent construction in new times. Under the guidance of talent strategic policy, the means that Party manages personnel should be improved and scientific level of talent word should be raised.
