| Education plays a leading,fundamental,and global role in economic and social development and national revitalization,and is increasingly becoming the foundation for improving a country’s innovation capabilities.At present,the country and society attach great importance to education,placing education and talent in an important strategic position as the foundation of a country and the foundation of a strong country.Classroom,as an important role in education and an effective organizational form of teaching activities,is undoubtedly the focus of public attention.Starting from the reality of our country,what is the reason for the constant silence and silence in Chinese classrooms.In addition,as a learning organization,the study of the individual in the classroom,namely the motivation,character and learning behavior of students,is also an important part of the study of organizational behavior.Under the influence of traditional Chinese culture and other factors,students’ conservative psychological tendencies lead to students’ difficulty in speaking in the classroom,but under this silent classroom culture,Chinese students are still very outstanding.Therefore,it is worth studying how different conservative psychological tendencies affect students’ critical thinking,and how they affect students’ learning effectiveness.In today’s technological development,how will different classroom interaction methods affect students’ thinking and learning outcomes?Therefore,based on Hofstede’s cultural dimension theory and constructivism theory,this study explores the relationship between college students’ conservative psychological tendencies and thinking and learning effectiveness,proposes a research model of "college students’ conservative psychological tendencies-critical thinking-learning effectiveness",and analyzes the moderating role of classroom interaction in it.Selecting Chinese college students as the research subjects,a total of 445 valid questionnaires were collected through questionnaire links distributed through Questionnaire Star.And SPSS22.0 and AMOS26 were used to analyze the collected data.The empirical analysis results showed that:(1)conservative psychological tendencies of college students have a significant impact on learning effectiveness;(2)Students’ critical thinking has a significant positive impact on learning effectiveness;(3)Critical thinking plays a part of mediating role in the relationship between college students’ conservative psychological tendency and learning effectiveness;(4)Interaction mode plays a moderating role in the relationship between college students’ conservative psychological tendency and critical thinking.Based on the above results,this study proposes to change the stereotype of classroom silence,focus on identifying students’ different conservative psychological tendencies,and guide students to actively participate in the classroom.By presenting the teaching content with vitality and ideas in the teaching process and combining it with online teaching,teachers can improve the quality of the entire classroom and cultivate more students with innovative abilities and strong comprehensive qualities. |
