Research On The Cultivation Of College Students’ Correct Concept Of Marriage And Love In The New Era

Contemporary youth is a generation that is advancing together with the new era.The development of youth affects the prosperity of the whole country.If youth are strong and have firm beliefs,the country will be strong and prosperous.People’s view of marriage and love is one sub-aspect of their outlooks on life.It involves a wide range of contents,including view of love,mate selection,marriage,and family.The Medium and Long Term Youth Development Plan issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council clearly points out the development goal of young people’s marriage: to enable young people to have a healthier and more rational sense of love and marriage.Only on that basis can it be possible to further improve youth’s cognitive level of love,family,and reproductive health and ensure better protection of their relevant legal rights.Under the social background of the new era,how to grasp the changes in college students’ views on marriage and love and lead youth to build correct views on marriage and love based on their physiological and psychological development characteristics is an urgent issue for the ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Standing on the historical materialism perspective and adhering to the principles of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude,proceeding step-by-step,and seeking truth from facts,this thesis conducts research on the current situation and cultivation strategies of college students’ concept of marriage and love in the new era.Based on relevant theoretical knowledge,the thesis has sorted out the Marxist theory and the ideological origins of China and the West in cultivating the correct concept of marriage and love among college students in the new era.Secondly,it has scientifically defined the basic connotation of cultivating the correct concept of marriage and love among college students in the new era,clarified its value implications,thus,laying a solid theoretical foundation for further research.In addition,with the aid of questionnaires,the thesis has explored the current situation,existing problems,and causes of cultivating a correct concept of marriage and love among college students,providing a factual basis for the research.At last,aiming at the problems and reasons existing in the marriage and love view of college students in the new era,this thesis proposes corresponding cultivation principles and specific countermeasures.
