Pupils’ physical ability has decreased for years.Agility ability is essential for physical ability,especially for students in seven or eight.Gaining agility ability is not only getting double results,but it also help other ability improving.Small basketball is essential project for students below 12 age.Small basketball games has advantages,such as abundant aims、more interest and easy to do etc.It is suitable for students improving their agility ability.Through papers,we found that small basketball games has connected with agility regulation and characteristic,it is not researched in reality yet.Therefore,my paper will design a set of small basketball games and choose second students to improve students agility and health.This article decides to use four methods to tackle the issue.I randomly choose 2 groups in second grade classes from Nan Huai Dian primary school Tianjin city,divided into control group and experimental group.Experimental group does regular sport courses with small basketball games.Control group does regular sport courses with sport games in spending sixteen weeks.My paper choose 4x10 m run、T run、Six corner、Hexagon jump and Pro test as agility testing projects using mathematical statistics to collect and analyse the data(M±SD).P<0.05 represents big difference.P<0.01 represents super difference.(1)Through the analysis of the elements of PE games,we determine the elements of small basketball games(name,purpose,material,equipment,venue,method,time,rules and teaching opinions);Through the analysis of the basic skills of small basketball,the basic skills of small basketball(moving,holding,throwing,encircling,grabbing,rolling,passing,catching,shooting,transport)are determined,and the above skills are divided into the ability to change the movement,change the direction and the coordination.According to the characteristics of physical and mental development of the second grade primary school,primary school sports game teaching and the characteristics of small basketball games,following the principles of safety,subjectivity,science,fun and fairness,using the change method,composition method,transplantation method and procedural method to design 36 small basketball games.(2)Group and time has big influence on six corner grades,P=0.001;The main effect of time on the score of Six corner has super difference,P= 0.000;Group has big difference on the score of Six corner,P=0.021.After the interaction effect between group and time,the simple effect analysis showed that there has extra distinction in the score of Six corner in the experimental group before and after the intervention.There was no big difference in the score of Six corner in the control group.Compared with the control group,the experimental group showed big difference in the score of Six corner after intervention.(3)Group and time has big influence on 4x10 m run grades,P=0.000;The main effect of time on the score of 4x10 m run has super difference,P= 0.000;The main effect of group on the score of 4x10 m run has no difference,P=0.089.After the interaction effect between group and time,the simple effect analysis showed that there has big difference in the score of4x10 m run in the experimental group before and after the intervention.There was no difference in the score of 4x10 m run in the control group.Compared with the control group,the experimental group showed big difference in the score of 4x10 m run after intervention.(4)Group and time has no influence on T run grades,P=0.616;The main effect of time on the score of T run has no difference,P= 0.077;The main effect of group on the score of T run has no difference,P=0.493.(5)Group and time has big influence on Hexagon jump grades,P=0.001;The main effect of time on the score of Hexagon jump has super difference,P= 0.000;The main effect of group on the score of Hexagon jump has big difference,P=0.021.The analysis showed that there has big difference in the score of six Hexagon jump in the experimental group before and after the intervention.There was no difference in the score of Hexagon jump in the control group.Compared with the control group,the experimental group showed big difference in the score of Hexagon jump after intervention.(6)Group and time has big influence on Pro test grades,P=0.000;The main effect of time on the score of Pro test has super difference,P= 0.000;The main effect of group on the score of Pro test has big difference,P=0.040.After the interaction effect between group and time,the simple effect analysis showed that there has big difference in the score of Pro test in the experimental group before and after the intervention.There was no big difference in the score of Pro test in the control group.Compared with the control group,the experimental group showed big difference in the score of Pro test after intervention.Come to a conclusion,small basketball game as a way to improve the agility of the second grade students is feasible;The small basketball game has important effect on improving the sensitivity quality of the second grade students and the effect is obviously better than the traditional PE games,specific performance in the transition direction(4x10 run and Pro test),body coordination(Hexagon jump)and transition movement.(Six corner)...
