In recent years,under the strong leadership of the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core,China’s economy has sustained and healthy development,its comprehensive national strength has been significantly enhanced,and the goal of poverty alleviation has been fully completed in 2020.With the improvement of living standards,the people’s concept of health has also changed significantly,the enthusiasm of the people to participate in sports is increasing,and the demand for sports venues is becoming more and more urgent.At the same time,the insufficient number of stadiums restricts the development of national fitness.The large number of primary and secondary school sports venues in China is an important part of the national sports venues,providing an important guarantee for the sports of residents,and they should provide material support for the development of national fitness sports.However,at present,the utilization rate of primary and secondary school sports venues is low,and the contradiction between the opening status of school sports venues and the growing fitness demand of the people is becoming increasingly prominent.Therefore,how to better open school sports venues to meet the fitness needs of residents will be related to the smooth implementation of China’s national fitness strategy and the Healthy China Action.Taking the opening strategy of primary and secondary school stadiums in Shijiazhuang urban area as the research object,using literature method,survey method,mathematical statistics method and SWOT-AHP analysis and other methods,taking 20 primary and secondary schools in Shijiazhuang urban area as samples,the advantages,disadvantages and external opportunities and challenges of their sports venues are investigated internally,and the SWOT matrix of the opening of primary and secondary school stadiums in Shijiazhuang urban area is obtained,and expert assignment is used on this basis.With the help of yaahp software,the weight of the judgment matrix at all levels is calculated,the SWOT strategy graph is constructed,and the opening development strategy and direction of primary and secondary school stadiums in Shijiazhuang urban area and center of gravity point P are used as indicators to determine the opening development strategy and direction of primary and secondary school stadiums in Shijiazhuang City.The conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)The internal advantages of the opening of primary and secondary school stadiums in Shijiazhuang urban area(S)mainly include sufficient sports resources,strong sports and cultural atmosphere,diversified functions of school venues,and superior geographical location of the school.Disadvantage factors(W)mainly include increased site maintenance funds,lack of open management mode,human resource costs and campus insecurity factors.External opportunities(O)include the support of national macro policies,the integration of school sports and national fitness,the participation of social forces,and the major opportunities brought by the development of network information platforms.External challenges(T)include school administrators’ perceptions,inadequate legal systems,lack of safety and security systems,and lack of school-community communication.(2)Through AHP quantitative analysis,it is concluded that the strategic selection of primary and secondary school stadiums in Shijiazhuang urban area is as follows: WO Fighting Strategy-SO Development Strategy-WT Conservative Strategy-ST Resistance Strategy.That is,to seize the opportunity of national macro policy support,the opportunity of the integration of school sports and national fitness,the opportunity of social forces participating in management and the opportunity of rapid development of network information platform,and make up for the shortcomings of weak human resources,lack of management mode,campus insecurity,and increased funds for the maintenance of venue equipment.Based on the SWOT-AHP analysis of the opening strategy of primary and secondary school sports venues in Shijiazhuang urban area,combined with the actual situation of primary and secondary schools,the following suggestions are proposed: introducing a management model of social enterprises participating in the opening work;Establish special funding channels with local governments as the core;Establish and improve a safety responsibility system with the joint participation of social forces;Under the support of policies,guide the joint opening of "school community venues";Relying on the advantages of the school venue to enhance the school’s visibility;Build a network information platform and smart venues with the help of network smart platform functions. |
