Study On The Mode Of Social Opening To The Primary And Secondary School Stadiums In Beijing

Sports stadiums and stadiums are the basic guarantee to promote the development of national fitness.The contradiction between the demand for mass fitness and the insufficient supply of sports stadiums and stadiums is especially prominent in super-large cities.According to the data of the sixth National General Survey of Sports venues,the education system has660500 out of the 1.6946 million stadiums in China,ranking first among all the 1.6946 million stadiums and stadiums in China.As a quasi-public product,school stadiums and stadiums have strong social commonweal nature.Primary and secondary school stadiums and stadiums have obvious advantages such as convenient geographical location,numerous quantity and so on,which have become the first choice for the people around the school to carry out physical training.At present,school stadiums and stadiums are open to society There has been strong policy support,however,under the general opening environment,there are still many resources of primary and secondary sports stadiums and stadiums that are idle or inadequate,and the degree of openness needs to be further strengthened.Opening mode has gradually become an important factor restricting the opening of primary and secondary school stadiums to the society.At present,883 primary and secondary school stadiums and stadiums in Beijing have been opened to the society.In this paper,88 representative primary and secondary schools were selected by using the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire,case analysis and so on.Combined with specific cases,this paper investigates and combs the opening mode of sports stadiums and stadiums in primary and secondary schools in Beijing,analyzes its advantages and disadvantages,explores its existing difficulties,and draws lessons from the successful experience of typical cases.In order to realize the efficient utilization of sports stadiums and stadiums resources in primary and middle schools in Beijing and to serve the national fitness strategy,the selection basis and development suggestions are put forward for the opening mode of primary and secondary school gymnasiums inThe findings are as follows:1.The open mode of the sports venues in primary and secondary schools in Beijing is: the open mode of the school's autonomous operation management,the open mode based on the youth sports club,the open mode of the managementand the other open modes,and the development trend of the mixed and continuous cross-integration.2.Each open mode has its own advantages and disadvantages.It should be based on the actual situation of the school's own venue resources and the special requirements of the school,combine with the external environment factors of the surroundings,choose the practical,suitable and beneficial to the open mode of long-term development.3.The choice of the social open mode in Beijing and the primary and secondary schools mainly has the following difficulties: many potential safety hazards,the uncertainty of the responsibility,and the improper use of the open mode;the content of the open policy is not perfect,and the application of open mode is lack of guarantee;The open mode of the present invention is not suitable for curing and promotion,and the open mode of science and high efficiency is still in the exploration stage.4.In view of the present situation of the open mode of primary and secondary schools in Beijing,the following development suggestions are put forward: to clarify the responsibility,to solve the safety problem in essence,to avoid the open risk,to choose the practical and suitable open mode,to draw lessons from the successful case experience,to optimize the open mode and to encourage the socialization operation;Base on the service society,explore the innovative open mode,such as the two-way sharing open mode,relying on the intelligent means open mode,etc.
