Educating talents first,educating people first and educating morals first.Physical education majors are responsible for the important mission of training future physical education teachers.As a compulsory course for physical education majors,the gymnastics curriculum,with its unique value paradigm and cultural genes,profoundly influences the cultivation of physical education majors’ ideals and beliefs,moral sentiments,solid learning and benevolent hearts.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out clearly in the report of the19 th Party Congress that "we should comprehensively implement the Party’s education policy,carry out the fundamental task of establishing moral education,and carry out ideological and political work throughout the whole process of education and teaching".The speech of General Secretary Xi Jinping provides a theoretical source for the construction of "Curriculum Civics" in universities."Curriculum thinking and politics" is a theoretical innovation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,as well as a value guide for talent cultivation,which reveals the essential characteristics of education.This theory emphasizes the integration of ideological and political education in the whole process of classroom teaching based on classroom teaching.As the saying goes,"details determine success or failure",so in order to ensure the implementation effect of teaching process,it is necessary to investigate the root and analyze the micro rules of teaching process.Combing through the existing literature,we found that there is no research that explores the implementation mechanism of teaching ideology and politics in compulsory gymnastics courses from the perspective of teaching process.Based on this,we decided to systematically analyze the functions,interrelationships and operation modes of the elements of the implementation mechanism of the compulsory gymnastics teaching mechanism in physical education courses based on the teaching process,so as to provide more reasonable and quantitative theoretical support for the implementation of the compulsory gymnastics teaching,and thus improve the nurturing effect of the compulsory gymnastics courses.In this paper,we use various research methods to investigate the implementation mechanism of the compulsory gymnastics course in physical education.Firstly,it uses the root theory method and the Delphi method to select and optimize the objectives of the compulsory gymnastics course in physical education,so as to show the direction for the implementation of the teaching of gymnastics;secondly,it uses the literature method to review and summarize the relevant contents of the elements of the teaching implementation mechanism,refine the personalized functions of each element,and then combine the objectives of the compulsory gymnastics course in gymnastics to propose the implementation mechanism of the teaching of gymnastics in physical education.Thirdly,SPSS 26.0 was used to conduct exploratory factor analysis on the predicted questionnaire data to determine the structure of the model elements;AMOS 24.0 was used to verify the hypothesis of the implementation mechanism of the Civic and Political Science teaching model of the compulsory gymnastics course in physical education and determine the final theoretical model;fourthly,based on the paths in the implementation mechanism model of the Civic and Political Science teaching model of the compulsory gymnastics course in physical education coefficients,deconstruct the interrelationship of the elements of the implementation mechanism of Civic and Political Science teaching;fifth,analyze the operation mode of the implementation mechanism of Civic and Political Science teaching based on the inner relationship between the functions of the elements of the implementation mechanism of Civic and Political Science teaching and the theoretical model,and write an example to provide guidance for professional teachers’ ideas.Conclusion.Firstly,the objectives of the compulsory gymnastics course in physical education are composed of four primary indicators,namely,normative concentration,synergy and mutual assistance,boldness and perseverance,and diligence and self-discipline,as well as 11 secondary indicators and 43 tertiary indicators together.Secondly,the functions of the elements of the implementation mechanism of the compulsory gymnastics teaching course in physical education include the orientation,evaluation and aggregation functions of the ideological goal;the value-bearing function of the teaching content;the transmission and feedback function of the teaching method;the linking and interaction function of the teaching organization;and the identification and appraisal function of the teaching evaluation.Thirdly,the teaching content,teaching method,teaching organization and teaching evaluation of the compulsory gymnastics teaching implementation mechanism of physical education major gymnastics course have a positive influence on the achievement of the Civic Science goal.And teaching content,teaching method,teaching organization and teaching evaluation also have chain mediating effect relationship,in which teaching content is a positive influence relationship to teaching method and teaching organization;teaching method is a positive influence relationship to teaching organization;teaching method and teaching organization are indirect influence relationship in the relationship between teaching content and Civics goal achievement.Fourthly,The countermeasures of the implementation mechanism of ideological and political teaching of compulsory gymnastics course for physical education major are as following: first,the key points of the elements of the implementation mechanism of ideological and political teaching are the key points of the precise positioning of ideological and political objectives,the focus of systematic planning of teaching content,the timely point of flexible judgment of teaching methods,the convenient point of rational use of teaching organization,and the identification point of scientific control of teaching evaluation;The second is to improve the operation mode of ideological and political teaching implementation mechanism,that is,through teaching methods and teaching organizations to trigger the linkage resonance of elements,through teaching evaluation supervision and testing elements of the linkage effect.The third is the analysis of ideological and political teaching implementation example design ideas.Suggestions.Firstly,when improving the teaching objectives of the compulsory gymnastics course for physical education majors,universities can supplement the content of the relevant thinking politics based on the thinking politics objectives constructed in this paper.Secondly,when evaluating the implementation effect of the compulsory gymnastics course,universities can try to use the objectives of the compulsory gymnastics course in physical education constructed in this paper as one of the evaluation criteria.Thirdly,when professional teachers of colleges and universities carry out the teaching practice of the compulsory gymnastics course,they can refer to the model of the implementation mechanism of the compulsory gymnastics course in physical education and start from the four aspects of teaching content,teaching method,teaching organization and teaching evaluation according to the function,interrelationship and operation mode of the constituent elements of the mechanism.Fourthly,when professional teachers in each university carry out practical teaching,they can refer to the design ideas of the Civic and Political Science teaching implementation example proposed in this paper and the example written,and make flexible adjustments according to the situation of teaching objects,teaching facilities and teaching plans of each school.
