With the advancement of science and technology,talents have become the key to development,and the state attaches great importance to the cultivation of talents.Comrade Xi Jinping pointed out in the series of important speeches on talent work in 2014: To realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation requires a variety of talents,the more the better.Knowledge is power,and talent is the future.The development and progress of the country depends on talents,what kind of talents to train and how to cultivate it becomes a key issue.Minister of Education Chen Baosheng pointed out in the article of People's Daily in 2017: Intensify the reform of the training mode of educational talents,attach importance to cultivating students' practical ability and innovative spirit,and let the classroom teaching undergo a great revolution.It can be seen that the national leaders pay attention to the cultivation of talents and clearly point out that they should cultivate students' practical ability and innovative spirit.As a traditional culture and sports tradition of the Chinese nation,martial arts has always been loved by the people and has been promoted as a "national skill" by China.The "Five-Year Plan for the Development of Chinese Wushu(2016-2020)" clearly stated that in order to implement the relevant requirements and deployment of the National Fitness Program(2016-2020),we should give full play to the role of martial arts fitness and advance the pace of healthy China.We will vigorously develop martial arts education in schools and improve the training mechanism for martial arts teachers.It can be seen that martial arts,as a sports project,plays an active role in fitness and is deeply supported and promoted by the state.As a teacher-training major,the physical education major is a specialty for cultivating physical education talents for sports in China.In the martial arts syllabus of physical education major,it is mentioned that the main teaching goal of physical education major students is to enable students to learn the basic theories and techniques of martial arts through the implementation of the teaching plan,and to be able to speak,practice and demonstrate actions.Standards and regulations,in the future can be qualified for martial arts curriculum teaching,training,competition organization and refereeing and other related work,and cultivated into qualified people's teachers.However,in the current martial arts course of physical education major,martial arts teachers pay more attention to the teaching of students' knowledge and technology,ignoring the cultivation of students' teaching ability,which is inconsistent with the martial arts curriculum training goal of physical education major.This research mainly uses the literature data method,the questionnaire survey method,the Delphi method,the teaching experiment method and the mathematical statistics method.The training program for the martial arts compulsory course students in the physical education major is taken as the research object,and the martial arts compulsory course for the physical education major is established first.After the student teaching practice ability index system framework,according to the weight analysis in the index system,the design of the martial arts compulsory course students' teaching implementation ability training program is designed,the students of Hebei Normal University 2016 physical education majors randomly select the two classes of students as the experimental subjects,using the teaching experiment method to train students' martial arts teaching ability,this is to verify the feasibility of the training program,and provide reference for the training research of the martial arts compulsory course students in the physical education major,and to implement the teaching of other sports majors.Capacity development research provides new ideas.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The initial indicators of the teaching practice ability index system of physical education majors include martial arts teaching design ability,martial arts teaching implementation ability,martial arts teaching reflection evaluation ability,and other martial arts teaching practice ability,divided the secondary indicators 16 and the third-level indicators 61.After the screening and suggestions of 20 experts,the basic indicator system framework was finally established: the first-level indicators are martial arts teaching design ability,martial arts teaching implementation ability,martial arts teaching reflection evaluation ability;secondary indicator explanation ability,demonstration ability,etc.9;40 indicators such as terminology explanation and complete demonstration ability,and weighting each indicator.(2)According to the proportion of the indicators in the framework of the teaching practice ability index system of the martial arts compulsory courses for physical education majors,judge the importance degree.The secondary indicators of Wushu teaching implementation ability are ranked according to the weights,such as explaining ability,demonstrating ability,teaching organization ability,ability to lead and password,correcting wrong action ability,teaching adaptability and analytical ability.(3)It is feasible to verify the teaching implementation ability training program of the martial arts compulsory courses for physical education majors by using the teaching experiment method.The experimental results show that the two classes of students have a certain improvement in the ability to explain,demonstrate,master the ability to do and password,correct the wrong movements and the ability to teach and organize.Compared with the control class,the experimental class has significant differences in the two classes of interpretation ability,ability to do and password,and teaching organization ability;there is little difference between the two classes in terms of demonstrating ability and correcting wrong action ability;There were significant differences between the two classes in terms of scores.The average scores of the experimental classes were higher than those of the control classes;the two classes did not have significant significance in the performance of martial arts skills assessment,and the average scores of the experimental classes were slightly higher.In the experimental class,the experimental intervention took up a certain amount of class time,which made the practice density decrease.However,the students' martial arts teaching implementation ability was significantly improved,and at the same time,the skill assessment scores could not be reduced.By comparing the teaching effects of the two classes,it is feasible to teach the teaching implementation ability training program of the martial arts compulsory courses for physical education majors.(4)The martial arts compulsory course students' implementation ability training program of physical education major improves the teaching effect,not only improves the students' cognition and affection of martial arts teaching,stimulates students' interest in learning,enhances the learning atmosphere,and helps students to exercise martial arts teaching.The psychological quality of the students to improve the mastery of martial arts culture knowledge and technical movements.
