The China College Entrance Examination Evaluation System and Explanation(hereinafter referred to as "the System" and "the Explanation")issued in 2019 are programmatic documents that will guide the new college entrance examination reform.The "System’s" primary function indicates that the college entrance examination evaluation system can guide high school history teaching to change the teaching mode,update the evaluation concept,and so on.Promote the high school history teaching evaluation to change from emphasizing intellectual education and neglecting quality to emphasizing "five education simultaneously",the evaluation method is more scientific,rigorous and objective,and integrate moral education into the whole evaluation process.This paper mainly investigates the current situation of high school history teaching evaluation under the college entrance examination evaluation system through literature research and questionnaire survey,analyzes the current problems of high school history teaching evaluation,and analyzes the causes of the problems.In response to the above problems and causes,the author explores the new direction of the development of high school history teaching evaluation based on the General High School History Curriculum Standards(revised in 2020)and the System from three aspects: evaluation philosophy,evaluation principles,and evaluation standards,and gives practical implementation strategies,with a view to transforming the evaluation philosophy and changing the evaluation mode of high school history teaching evaluation,evaluation principle and evaluation standard,and gives practical implementation strategies,with a view to transforming the evaluation concept and improving the evaluation model of history teaching evaluation in senior high school,and striving to promote teaching and learning through evaluation,promote the positive interaction of history teaching,learning and evaluation in senior high school.It mainly includes the following contents:The introduction mainly includes the reason for choosing the topic,the significance of the research,the research status at home and abroad,and the research methods.In the first chapter,the role and influence of the system on the college entrance examination reform is explained from the basic content of "one core,four layers and four wings" of the college entrance examination evaluation system,and the key link to improve the quality of classroom teaching is briefly outlined;secondly,the historical evolution of the college entrance examination evaluation is reviewed,and the two are discussed as complementary and interdependent.Chapter 2,based on the analysis of the survey results of front-line high school teachers and students about the current situation of high school history teaching evaluation under the college entrance examination evaluation system,the current high school history teaching evaluation has problems such as incomprehensive evaluation content,emphasis on conclusion rather than process,single evaluation method,and single evaluation subject,and the reasons for the existence of the problems are explored.Chapter 3,combined with the survey data in Chapter 2,discusses the new direction of the development of high school history teaching evaluation based on the college entrance examination evaluation system in terms of evaluation concept,evaluation principles and evaluation standards,and proposes implementation strategies such as guiding high school history teaching with the college entrance examination evaluation system and linking the evaluation system with high school history teaching evaluation in response to the problems pointed out in Chapter 2.Chapter 4,combines the new development direction and implementation strategy of the evaluation mentioned above,and uses the 22 lessons of "Outline of Chinese and Foreign History(I)" as the teaching design to provide research cases and implement theoretical research for the evaluation of high school history teaching under the college entrance examination evaluation system.Through the above research and analysis,high school history teaching evaluation should closely follow the proposition of the times,take the college entrance examination evaluation system and the Curriculum Standard as reference,and build an integrated teaching evaluation system of moral,intellectual,physical,social and aesthetic development,so as to realize the fundamental task of "establishing moral education".
