| The school physical education curriculum in the new era is guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,and implements the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people.Adhere to sports people,we must pay attention to the important carrier of school teaching content.Running,as the basic content of primary school physical education,plays an important role in improving the basic skills of primary school students,developing students’ physical fitness,and promoting mental health.However,in the process of reviewing literature and interviewing first-line physical education teachers,I found that there are urgent problems in the teaching of running,such as:the teaching content cannot be taught strictly in accordance with the designed teaching plan,and the teaching content is relatively uncertain;the teaching content of running is organized.The above forms are simple,and most of them are carried out in relay runs that facilitate the implementation of management.Therefore,in order to effectively solve the above problems,formulate feasible and diverse teaching content of running,improve students’ running ability and interest,and become an important part of primary school physical education.Based on the analysis of the existing teaching content of running,this paper constructs a system of components of the teaching content of running in primary school physical education class,determines the range of horizontal teaching content and unit teaching theme of primary school physical education class running,and then uses the combination method to generate the teaching content of primary school physical education class running.Teaching content,and formulate a teaching plan for elementary school physical education class running,which is continuously improved and revised in action research.To enable students to master a variety of running methods in primary school,to create conditions for subsequent learning,and to cultivate students’ social communication skills and awareness of competition and cooperation through competitions in units and class hours.This paper uses the method of literature,logical analysis,interview,action research and other research methods,and takes the teaching content of running in primary school physical education as the research object.Design the teaching content and teaching plan of primary school physical education class running,and select a unit at each level to conduct three rounds of action research,observe the completion of teaching content and the achievement of teaching goals,etc.Modify and improve.Finally got the following result:(1)Starting from the analysis of the existing teaching content of running in physical education class,the composition elements system of the teaching content of running in primary school physical education class is determined,including the starting posture elements and the starting signal elements in the starting stage;the running posture elements,Running route elements,running direction elements,running speed elements,running personnel elements,equipment elements;end posture elements and end feature elements of the end stage.(2)The horizontal teaching content scope and unit theme of primary school physical education running were determined,and the content scope of level 1 was based on the various ways of running under the basic movement(including four unit themes of multiple forms of running posture,multiple forms of starting posture,multiple forms of line running,and various forms of holding running);Level 2 covers a variety of ways to run under basic skills(including four unit themes: cooperative running in different ways,signal running in different ways,obstacle running in different ways,and chasing and running in different ways);Level 3covers the practice of running under the special skills(athletics)(including sprinting,hurdle running,relay running,endurance running four unit themes)(3)With the help of the combination method,under the guidance of the scope of horizontal teaching content and unit theme,the teaching content of primary school physical education class running was determined,and the teaching plan of primary school physical education class running,school year,semester teaching progress,unit and class time was formulated.(4)Three units: horizontal 1 and various forms of line running,level 2 cooperative running,and level 3 sprinting are selected for teaching action research.After three rounds of continuous revision and improvement of action research,the results show that the teaching content designed by this institute is reasonable and in line with students’ physical and motor state.The teaching content implemented can enrich students’ sports experience,enhance student participation,promote students’ sense of cooperation and communication,and develop physical health.Analysis conclusion:(1)The three stages and ten teaching content components of primary school physical education class running were constructed,and the teaching content component system of primary school physical education class running was formed.(2)Determine the three horizontal content ranges and twelve unit teaching themes of primary school physical education class running,design the teaching content of primary school physical education class running,formulate the primary school level,school year,semester,unit and lesson time teaching plan,and provide front-line physical education teachers with specific and operable teaching ideas and a variety of running teaching content and teaching plans.(3)Through the three-round action research on various forms of line running units,cooperative running units and sprint units in different ways,it is confirmed that the teaching content of primary school physical education running is suitable for primary school students,and the teaching plan is directly operable,which can promote students’ sports participation,motor skills,physical health,mental health and social adaptation goals. |
