| Educational practice is an essential teaching element for vocational and technical normal colleges to achieve their training objectives,and it is a necessary course for preservice teachers of vocational education to become formal teachers.The quality of educational practice is an important factor that affects the educational and teaching level of preservice teachers of vocational education.However,the current research on educational practice mainly focuses on ordinary normal school students,with a low degree of attention paid to the quality of educational practice for preservice teachers of vocational education.In order to better explore the quality of educational practice in vocational and technical teachers’ colleges,this study starts from the perspective of satisfaction with educational practice,and conducts an empirical study on the preservice teachers of vocational education with satisfaction of educational practice based on situational learning theory and customer satisfaction theory.This study uses the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,interview,and case study.On the basis of existing research,combined with the purpose of this study,a "Questionnaire on Satisfaction with Vocational Teachers’ Exemplary Education Practice" was developed.The questionnaire includes six first-level dimensions: organization and management of college practices,guidance teachers of the university,guidance teachers of practice schools,organization and management of practice schools,practice content and practice environment.After a rigorous mathematical analysis of the questionnaire,the 2019 students from the Vocational and Technical College of S University were taken as the research object to study the preservice teachers of vocational education satisfaction of with education practice.The survey results show that:(1)The overall satisfaction of vocational teacher students with educational practice and their satisfaction with various dimensions are between "average" and "satisfactory";(2)The correlation between each dimension and overall satisfaction is positive;(3)In all dimensions,the lowest level of satisfaction is the practice environment,while the highest level of satisfaction is in the guidance teachers of the practice school.Through exploring and analyzing questionnaire data and interview data,it is found that in terms of organization and management of college practice,there are problems such as the mobilization before practice needs to be strengthened,unreasonable arrangement of practice schools,and unscientific assessment and evaluation systems;In terms of guidance teachers,there are problems of insufficient timeliness and effectiveness of guidance;In terms of organization and management of practice schools,there are problems such as untimely summary and feedback,and management methods that need to be improved;In terms of practice content,there are problems of not paying attention to teaching and research and not implementing the content in place;In terms of the practice environment,the living environment and humanistic environment of the practice school need to be improved.Based on the problems existing in vocational teacher practice,the following improvement strategies are proposed: In the organization and management of college practice,it is necessary to strengthen practice mobilization and deepen students’ understanding;Optimizing practice bases and conducting field visits;Improve the assessment mechanism and promote scientific evaluation.To optimize the selection system and select excellent teachers for guidance teachers in universities and practice schools;Improve the training system to help teachers develop.In terms of organization and management of practice schools,practice schools should timely summarize and feedback to promote teaching reflection;Innovate management mechanisms and promote democratic management.In terms of practice content,it is necessary to attach importance to teaching and scientific research,and enhance scientific research capabilities;Implement the practice content and cultivate students’ comprehensive abilities.In view of the educational practice environment,it is necessary to increase capital investment and provide living security;Promote multi agency cooperation and optimize the humanistic environment. |
