The most important thing may be education in one hundred years while the teachers may be the most important factors in education. Outstanding teachers can educate more excellent talents. As international competition becoming increasingly fierce, the voice of professional teacher becoming louder and louder, and quality education switching requires a certain extent of reform from the source of teacher education, in order to foster teachers of high-quality both having innovative spirit and practical capacity. Thus, we can see the burden that the high normal universities and colleges bear. However, high normal universities and colleges of China in different degrees, pay attention to knowledge, ignore capacity-building, give weight to academic level upgrade and look down upon capacity of educational practice training.Educational practice as the most important practical course, links theory with practice, its function should not be overlooked in teacher education. Nevertheless, in recent years, primary and secondary schools are under the pressure of entrance examination, the high normal universities and colleges enlarge the enrolment, more and more graduates take examinations for a programmer, and all the situations bring a big impact on the immature educational practice.The quality of educational practice directly relates to the quality of the cultivation of high-quality teachers, however, it's also decided by its concepts, purpose, time, models, guidance, evaluation, and so on. Presently, China's educational practice is all due to the impact of such various factors, and faced with numerous difficulties and obstacles, which need to be resolved. According to these, the paper hope that through literature analysis, carrying out a questionnaire survey and interviews with the main body of educational practice, to analyze the present situation and problems development with China's educational practice, in order to solve them. Here are the solutions: redefine purpose of educational practice; start using reflective pattern; extend and fold the time; put teaching skills curriculum on the agenda; select and train the tutors; stimulate the initiative of educational practice base; combine the process evaluation and final evaluation.
