Vocational and technical teacher education is the mother of vocational education and the source of power to improve the quality of vocational education.For a long time,the problems existing in the field of teacher training in vocational education have hindered the cultivation of high-quality vocational education talents in our country,and are not conducive to the development of social politics,economy science and culture.In 2016,the Ministry of Education put forward some new requirements for the training of vocational teachers in some of the renamed normal universities.In order to further realize the talent training function of China's normal universities and improve the training quality of vocational teachers,in this research we first of all tried to find the theoretical basis to solve the problem of training vocational teachers in China's normal universities.Predicated on this,we then explored the incentives to train the vocational teachers.Secondly,we analyzed the realistic conditions of training vocational teachers and summarized the current situation of vocational teachers training in normal universities in China.Finally,aiming at all kinds of problems in the training of vocational teachers in normal universities,the corresponding plans to act are put forward,so as to eventually release the function of training teachers in vocational education in China's normal universities.This study is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter introduces the background,significance,literature review,methodology and related concepts in the research.The second chapter discusses the functional expectation of teacher training in normal universities,which mainly comes from three aspects: society,vocational school and ordinary normal university itself.Specifically,the expectation of the economic development is to optimize the economic structure.The vocational colleges look forward to expanding the source of teachers,and ordinary normal universities look forward to strengthening the characteristics of teachers.The third chapter and the fourth chapter are devoted to the exploration of the theoretical and practical basis of vocational teacher training in normal universities,which is mainly constituted of such as the theory on professional development of teachers,the thought of lifelong education and The theory of effective allocation of sources and so on.The realistic foundation mainly includes the fully-developed pedagogy discipline,the sound structure of the major configuration and the rich teacher training experience in China's normal university.The fifth chapter summarizes the current situation of vocational education teachers training in normal universities.We conclude four problems: the ways of vocational teachers training are fairly restricted;the standards set for the vocational majors is beyond pragmatic;not enough importance is not attached to the learning process of the vocational teachers and lastly the curriculum system fails to be scientific.The sixth chapter puts forward the concrete plan to train vocational education teacher in normal university.First,the goal to train the vocational teachers should be scientifically set.China's normal University should devote itself to the cultivation of Teachers' Education and Professional theoretical competence in Vocational Education and preliminary teaching and professional post skills.Second,the structures of disciplines in normal university should be rationally adjusted.On the one hand,normal universities should vigorously develop vocational education discipline;on the other hand,in the process of adjusting the structure of disciplines,we should take into considerable account the needs of vocational school and economic development of the society.In the meantime,the disciplines that develop better than the others should be firstly adjusted.Thirdly,in order to redesign the curriculum system,we believe that the task model should be practiced in the designing the typology of curriculum and the constructivism mode should be applied in the organizing the structure.Fourth,improving the training level of vocational education teachers is not only the trend in our time,but also the requirements from national education department.Fifthly,to ensure the training quality of vocational teachers,we should strengthen the leading role of the government,perfect the post-service training system of vocational teachers,better the discipline standards of vocational teachers and establish a process-oriented qualification certification system.The last chapter summarizes the shortcomings of the research process and the results of the study.
