The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Physical Exercise For The Elderly In Jinshui Nursing Home Of Zhengzhou City

The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed: "Implement the national strategy of actively responding to population aging,develop the elderly care industry,optimize the services for the empty-nest elderly,and promote the realization of the basic rights and interests of all elderly people." At present,my country has entered an aging society.With such a large elderly population,the traditional care model cannot solve the fundamental problem.Nursing homes will become a new mainstream trend and an indispensable choice for the elderly.Physical exercise is the most convenient,economical and effective way to actively respond to population aging,and it is also an ideal way for the elderly to maintain health and delay aging.The concept of the integration of sports and elderly care has important practical significance for maintaining the life cycle of the elderly and ensuring the happy life of the elderly in their later years.Jinshui District,Zhengzhou City is the seat of the Henan Provincial Party Committee,the political,economic,cultural,financial,and information center of Henan Province,and the largest,most populous,and most economically developed urban area in Henan Province.This paper takes the physical exercise of the elderly in nursing homes as the entrance,based on the research methods of literature,interview,questionnaire,field investigation and data statistics,taking Jinshui District of Zhengzhou City as an example,randomly selected 15 elderly people in nursing homes as research Objects,first understand the basic situation of the research objects,and then conduct a survey on the current situation of physical exercise of the research objects,according to the survey results,find out the problems existing in the current situation of physical exercise for the elderly in nursing homes,and propose solutions in a targeted manner programs and suggestions for improvement.Through the research,it is found that: 1.The policy of the nursing home in Jinshui District,Zhengzhou City is not fully implemented,the supervision subject is not active enough,and the comprehensive guarantee mechanism is lacking.2.The overall internal funds are lacking,and the source of funds is single.Most of the funds are used for the daily expenses of the elderly,and insufficient attention is paid to the investment in sports-specific funds.3.The sports venues and facilities are single,the planning is not scientific enough,and the maintenance is lacking,so there is a lot of room for improvement.4.Nursing homes lack professional talents,there is a problem of personnel loss,and the talent delivery system is not perfect.5.The form of sports and cultural activities is single,lacking in innovation and interest.6.Insufficient publicity of sports information,weak awareness of sports among the elderly,and lack of deep understanding of physical exercise.7.There is a lack of demand feedback mechanism,the subjective initiative of sports work is not strong,and the degree of work refinement is insufficient.The following suggestions are put forward: 1.In-depth grasp of relevant policy documents,improve the main body supervision mechanism,and ensure that sports work is implemented as required.2.Combined with the advantages of Jinshui District’s economic development,coordinate the use of various resources to expand funding channels and set up special funds for sports.3.Improve sports facilities,expand activity venues,carry out regular maintenance and inspections,equip aging-friendly physical exercise facilities,and fully take care of the special needs of the elderly.4.Make good use of the advantages of Zhengzhou City’s talent introduction policy,actively cultivate a professional talent team,improve the professional level of personnel,and improve the multi-channel talent delivery mechanism.5.Enrich sports and cultural exchange activities for the elderly,enhance the diversity and difference of sports and cultural activities,and create a strong physical exercise atmosphere in nursing homes.6.Reasonably use new media and traditional media channels,combine online and offline publicity methods,reasonably plan publicity content,tell good sports stories for the elderly,and strengthen the sports awareness of the elderly.7.Establish a demand feedback system,set up a multi-channel system,deeply explore the physical exercise needs of the elderly,innovate the content of exercise,and improve the degree of refinement of sports work.
