Research On The Development Effect,problems And Promotion Strategy Of Campus Football Sky Star Training Camp In Sichuan Province

In 2017,the National school Football Office rolled out the construction work of campus football "Stars" training camp,in order to improve the quality of outstanding campus football prospects.In 2021,the National School Football Office issued a notice to further strengthen the construction of campus football "Starry Sky" training camp,in order to strengthen the construction and development of "Starry Sky" training camp.Campus football has gradually stepped into the stage of high-quality development from the stage of exploration.This paper focuses on Sichuan Province’s "Starry Sky" training camp,and uses literature,questionnaire,interview,field investigation and mathematical statistics to study the development effects and problems of Sichuan Province’s campus football "Starry Sky" training camp,and proposes targeted improvement strategies for poorly developed places combined with the viewpoint of system theory.In order to promote the Sichuan Province "Starry Sky" training camp high quality development.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:1.The training camp innovates the management mechanism in the aspect of management.It promotes healthy competition among players by establishing a clear division of labor of functional organizations and innovating the withdrawal mechanism of players,but lacks profound football culture construction.2.In terms of coaches,the training camp actively selects high-level coaches in the region,and adopts assessment to ensure the coaching ability of the coaches,who have a strong desire to learn.But the overall training is less,has not formed a unified idea,the selection of foreign teachers for various reasons are not in place in time,there is no advanced training concept guidance.3.Some training camps lack "two drills and one match",and regular training areas do not have a unified training outline in terms of training content,lack a unified idea,and do not conduct targeted training for team members according to their age groups.In terms of competition,it is more of a teaching competition within the camp,rather than a high-level competition.4.The three-level selection system of recommendation,test and competition scoring is adopted to ensure the scientific selection of team members to a certain extent,but more scientific selection criteria need to be established.The contradiction of learning and training still exists,and there is no good promotion channel for the players,so that they are forced to give up training.Lack of team tracking and database construction.The following suggestions are put forward:1.Pay attention to cultural construction and strengthen the connotation of training camp.To create a football cultural atmosphere is not only to write and draw football,but also to let players understand the nature of football,and accumulate precipitation continuously to form a football culture with regional cultural characteristics.2.The training camp should strengthen regular training,and the construction department should strengthen supervision,so as to give full play to the radiation role of the training camp.Promote the construction of "Starry Sky" regional league,improve the tournament system,form "Starry Sky" training camp weekend league,pay attention to the importance of "M-T-M"(training-match problem finding-training targeted solution).3.Strengthen systematic training,set up and implement training according to the youth training program,unify ideas,form systematic training concepts,and give targeted guidance to team members.Strengthen the regular training of coaches,form the concept of "one system",pay attention to the long-term development of players.4.Establish a sound system of admission to solve the worries of team members.Strengthen training data collection of players,establish the corresponding player ability value model,improve the digital construction of training camp,improve training camp security.
