In the 20 reports,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed that the goal of establishing the army for the centenary of its founding,opening up a new situation for the modernization of national defense and the armed forces,pointing out the direction of national defense construction in the new era,and raising higher requirements.As a pillar of the country,college students should pay more attention to national defense and participate in the construction of national defense.The national defense of colleges and universities is an important part of national defense of the whole people,which has a direct impact on the improvement of college students’ defense concept.Taking the case analysis of "ink shield college" of tianjin institute of physical education,"ink shield academy" combines patriotism with national defense sports and military sports education.It has a set of relatively scalable and replicable defense education military training content system and operational management mode.Based on this,this paper makes a model study,and draws lessons from the research methods and results of military service law,national defense education,military science and other disciplines at home and abroad,and rationally studies the military training mechanism and system of "ink shield academy" national defense education of tianjin college of physical education.The basic situation of military training in national defense education in colleges and universities was understood by means of questionnaire survey,field investigation,analytic hierarchy process,mathematical statistics and other methods.Through field interviews with experts and teachers in the military field,To explore and put forward the four elements of the military training system of national defense education in colleges and universities,and the main components of the system model include ideology and politics,defense theory,defense skills,organizational institutions and management mechanism.Explore the operation mode suitable for military training of national defense education in colleges and universities.The research conclusions are as follows:1.Through the investigation of military training of national defense education in colleges and universities,the conclusions are as follows:(1)the implementation effect of national defense education in colleges and universities needs to be improved,the learning content of national defense education theory is not rich enough,the method is single and boring,and the enthusiasm of students to learn national defense education needs to be improved;(2)Ordinary colleges and universities are not fully implementing the requirements of the state,and there are self-deletion of the "must-teach" content of national defense skills training.Students’ national defense awareness and concepts need to be strengthened;(3)The management responsibilities of defense education and military training organizations in ordinary schools are not clear enough,the content system is not perfect,not perfect,insufficient investment in national defense education and financial support,the effectiveness of national defense education in colleges and universities is affected to a certain extent.2.Research conclusions on the "academy system" defense education and military training of Tianjin Institute of Physical Education:(1)The "academy system" has an independent establishment with sufficient teachers,adopts centralized accommodation,tutorial system,quasi-military management and other methods,has a systematic and stable defense education and military training system,and better gives play to the educational resources and functions of the school in defense;(2)"Modun Academy" dug deep into the characteristic discipline value of national defense sports and military sports,cultivated national defense sports and other sports talents for the country,and expanded more future employment channels for students;(3)"Modun Academy" combines patriotism education with national defense sports and military sports education,contributing to the Party’s construction of national defense and armed forces and the cause of strengthening the army in the new era.3.research conclusions on the new construction of military training for national defense education in colleges and universities :(1)this paper defines defense theory,defense spirit and defense intellectual circle as national defense education,and defines national defense skills as military training;(2)Put forward the "four elements" national defense education and military training system framework.The main elements of the system framework include: ideological and political content system,national defense theory content system,national defense skills content system,organization operation and management mechanism system;(3)The new construction of military training theory content system,national defense skills content system,organization operation and management system,"academy system" and general operation mode of colleges and universities,and the feasibility of military training operation mode of national defense education in colleges and universities are analyzed;(4)Reframe the military training system of national defense education in colleges and universities.
