BackgroudAccording to the requirements of the headquarters, F military medical university has established a five-year undergraduate major, general practice medicine for land and sea border defense, to meet the need of the grassroots forces in 2012. Which implements "3+2" teaching mode,the liberal education and professional education are implemented in military medical university for the first three years,and the post education is implemented in military medical training battalion for the last two years. This education mode meets the requirement of integrated teaching and training in military training and degree education. Military medicine curriculum is an important part of the general practice medicine's curriculum system, which actually serves the troop and adapts to the need of the war. So corporate educationisstrongly needed, the combination includes military medical university, military medical training battalion, training hospital, military grass-root health institutions and so on, which is called integrated teaching and training in China. ObjectiveThis paper used the basic method of investigation to establish the military medicine curriculum system, and explore the rule of integrated teaching and training on military medicine curriculum.1. Based on the actual need of military doctors' post, establish the curriculum system of military medicine of the major, military general practice medicine for land and sea border defense.2. Demonstrate the military medicine curriculum which appropriates the mode of integrated teaching and training.3. Develope the scheme of integrated teaching and training on military medicine curriculum for the major, general practice medicine for land and sea border defense. MethodsThis paper mainly used methods of documentary analysis, panel discussion, interviewing, questionnaire survey, Delphi method, and Moodyoptimal sequence diagram. ContentsThe content of this research mainly includes six parts.1. Define relevant concepts. The document analysis method was used to determine related definitions. The writer consulted corresponding literatures that involves general practice, general practitioner, major of general practice(for land and sea border defense), military medicine courses, integrated teaching and training, frontier defense and coast defense, found the latest results of graduate students in related fields, thus formed the corresponding literature review.2. Investigate the contribution degree of academic education foraccumulation ofmilitary medical knowledge and skills, and thelack degree of military medical knowledge and skills of military surgeons who serve the defence of frontier and coast. which will provide evidence support for military medical curriculum construction.3. Choose courses to make up the curriculum pool of military medicine that suit for academic education, according to the requirements of the conceptof large military medicine and the need of buildingcomplete military medical knowledge system for military medical students.4. Investigate the actual demand of military courses, anddemonstrate the military medicinecurriculum system. Three types of questionnaire were designed for four levels, from the military surgeon of frontier defense, military surgeon of coast defense, health organizations of frontier and coast defense, to teaching organizations and teachers, to know the actual demands of military surgeon's posts of frontier and coast defense for military medicine courses, and finally obtain the highly demanded military medicine courses.The panel discussion method was used again to demonstrate the military medicinecurriculum system from the highly demanded military medicine courses which were figured out before based on the actual situation of academic education.5. Select military medicine courses for integrated teaching and training. The panel discussion method was also used to selectmilitary medicine courses that suitable for integrated teaching and training. And the concrete way of each course in integrated teaching and training was demonstrated.6. Develop the scheme of integrated teaching and training. Use the same questionnaire to know opinions of the four respondents about bas ic ingredients of mechanism construction of integrated teaching and trainingin militarymedicinecurriculum. The system analysis method was used to study out the feasible scheme of integrated teaching and training for military medicine curriculum. ResultsThe results of this study mainly include four points:1. 33 military medicine courses were choosed to make up the curriculum system of military medicine that suit for the major of general practice(for land and sea border defense).which includes 17 highly de manded military medicine courses and 17 lowly demanded military medicine courses.2. The military medicine curriculum pool was established which included 10 highly demanded military medicine courses in academic education for the major.3. 5 highly demanded military medicine courses were selected that suitable for integrated teaching and training, and the concrete way of each course in integrated teaching and training were also demonstrated.4. The scheme of integrated teaching and trainingwas developed, which includes the institutional mechanism, organizational leadership, cooperating organization, duties of all cooperators, faculty structure, curriculum system, joint support and joint assessment.
