| Labor education is an important content of students’ comprehensive development,and an important component of moral education and "five education".Carrying out labor education in primary school is an inherent requirement of quality education.In recent years,the Party and the state have increasingly attached importance to labor education.In March 2020,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council emphasized the importance of incorporating labor education into the entire process of talent cultivation in the "Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening Labor Education in Universities,Middle Schools,and Primary Schools in the New Era",in order to achieve organic integration of labor education with moral education,intellectual education,physical education,and aesthetic education.On July 7,2020,the "Guidelines for Labor Education in Universities,Middle and Primary Schools(Trial)" was issued,and in April 2022,the new labor curriculum standards were issued,including traditional craft production task groups.Project based learning is an effective way to carry out labor education.It is necessary to conduct in-depth research on the current implementation status of primary school labor education,the specific implementation of the teaching syllabus,and how to improve the quality of labor practice activities through project based learning.Based on this,combined with the relevant resources of labor practice activities in primary schools in L city,taking the traditional craft production task group as an example,we will conduct research on project-based labor practice activities in the high school stage of primary schools.By reviewing relevant literature on project-based labor practice activities both domestically and internationally,the development process and connotation of project-based learning have been clarified,and the general current situation of the application of project-based labor practice activities has been understood.The theoretical basis for the research is established based on the theories of project-based learning,Tao Xingzhi’s "integration of teaching and practice",Dewey’s "learning by doing" theory,and constructivism theory.The specific research content is as follows:Research and propose the reasons,application elements,and application principles for project-based application and labor practice activities;The application elements include content,activities,situations,and results.The application principles include promoting labor literacy with discipline integration,setting labor practice content with students as the main body,guiding activity exploration with enlightening questions,guiding students to cooperative learning with diversified scenarios,demonstrating multiple values with sharing and exchange,and taking multiple evaluations as the measurement scale;Through questionnaire surveys and interviews,relevant information on the implementation of project-based labor practice activities in primary schools was collected and analyzed.It was found that students had a high level of enthusiasm for participating in labor practice activities,and there were the following problems during the implementation process: scattered goal setting and poor effectiveness in achieving core competencies;The practical content is single,neglecting students’ subjectivity;Unreasonable driving issues and unsatisfactory activity exploration results;The lack of authenticity in the scene affects students’ cooperation;Formalization of work display,limited effectiveness of project results,incomplete evaluation mechanisms,and single evaluation methods.The reasons for this are unclear theoretical concepts,which affect the implementation of literacy goals;Lack of resources,limited by time and field;Unreasonable problem setting;The school lacks strong guarantee measures;Lack of emphasis on presentation,lack of reflection and summary,unclear evaluation standards,etc.,and proposed improvement strategies: clarifying labor goals,implementing core competencies in labor practice activities,integrating internal and external resources,setting content with students as the core,inspiring questions as the driving force,fully leveraging students’ "internal guidance",strengthening the school’s management level,doing well in organizational security work,diversifying displays,strengthening reflection and summary,and improving the evaluation system,Cultivate the spirit of labor,etc.Finally,based on the current implementation of project-based labor practice activities,this study designed a project-based labor practice activity plan using the traditional craft production of the "Tang Sancai" in Luoyang as an example,including project preparation,project implementation,and project evaluation.The experimental results show that the effectiveness of carrying out labor practice activities has been effectively improved,and the goals of labor education and training have been implemented,which helps to achieve the goal of simultaneous development of five educations and comprehensive education.I hope to play a positive role in innovating the practical methods and labor education methods of primary and secondary school labor education in the new era,and provide useful reference and reference for project-based labor practice activities in primary schools. |
