This study takes Tianjin Jinmen Tigers FC as an example, and uses a semi-structured interview method to interview 20 fans on the current situation, problems and shortcomings of the Chinese Super League governance, and combines WSR methodology and thematic analysis to organize the interview data.Secondly,at the theoretical(S)level, fans believe that the Chinese Super League has four advantages: "strong acceptance","active in public welfare","safe playing field" and "good spectator base".and "amateurish league organization","lack of foundation","amateurish club management","inadequate funding",and "lack of funds".The third is the six disadvantages of the league, such as "amateurish organization","lack of foundation","amateurish club management","insufficient funds","too much external intervention" and "quick success".Third, from the humanistic(R)level, fans believe that the governance of the CSL should "strengthen the humanistic process","continue the cultural heritage of the league","strengthen the identity" and "strengthen the local construction".The fans believe that the governance of the CSL should "strengthen the humanization of the governance process","continue the cultural heritage of the league","strengthen the identity" and "strengthen the local construction".On this basis, the following four problems are found in the governance of the CSL from the fans’ perspective: first, the demands of some stakeholders are not taken seriously, resulting in too single governance body;second, there is a strong sense of boundary among the stakeholders, which fails to achieve a state of cooperative governance;third, the distribution of responsibilities and rights among the governance bodies is unreasonable, and mutual checks and balances of rights cannot be formed, resulting in an imbalance in the governance structure;fourth, the governance structure is not balanced.Fourth, the autonomous rights of governance subjects are too much interfered with, resulting in the gradual loss of enthusiasm to participate in governance, forming a vicious circle. In response to these problems, this study suggests: first, pay attention to the stakeholders’ own demands and enrich the pluralistic governance subjects;second, balance the status of each governance subject and improve the collaborative governance framework;third, optimize the distribution of power and responsibility to ensure mutual checks and balances among governance subjects;fourth, eliminate external interference and adhere to the governance path.
