Research On Youth Basketball Reserve Talent Training Strategy In Hunan Province Based On SWOT-AHP Model

In the new era,Chinese sports people shoulder a newer mission and heavier responsibilities,youth basketball reserve talent training plays a vital role in helping the development of China’s basketball industry,for the current Chinese basketball is in a critical period of rapid development,it is urgent to vigorously reserve and cultivate high-quality youth basketball reserve talents.This paper takes the youth basketball reserve talents of Hunan Province as the research object,and the coaching team members and athletes of the top eight school teams participating in the U18 men’s and women’s groups participating in the2021 Hunan Youth Basketball Championship are used as the survey objects.The current situation of youth basketball reserve talent training in Hunan Province was analyzed by using the literature method,questionnaire survey method,Delphi method,SWOT analysis method,AHP hierarchical analysis method and other methods:1.At the organizational level,counties and cities in Hunan Province have realized the importance of the training of sports reserve talents,and formulated talent training plans according to the actual situation.The youth basketball clubs cooperated with schools to initially form a middle school basketball league system that is distributed throughout the province..2.At the coaching level,the youth basketball coaching staff in Hunan Province are mostly young coaches,and they are basically school physical education teachers and part-time basketball coaches,not full-time coaches.The level of education and scientific research needs to be improved,and the sports experience is not rich enough.Professional training is less,in the future should be paid attention to,focusing on improvement.3.At the student level,the most common ways to select reserve talents are mostly self-recommendation by coaches and grass-roots selection.It is too difficult to obtain technical grade certificates for young basketball players,and there are relatively few high-level athletes.The contradiction between learning and training has not been well resolved..4.At the level of funding guarantee for competition organization,the youth basketball competition organization in Hunan Province is relatively complete.Although some coaches and athletes with excellent performance will be rewarded after participating in the competition to stimulate their enthusiasm for training,some coaches and athletes are not interested in funding.The input is "relatively dissatisfied".Therefore,the training competition system still needs to be optimized from all aspects.5.After the case analysis of Hunan Geology Middle School,they have obtained their successful experience:(1)Leaders pay attention;(2)Management system innovation;(3)Coaches are required to strictly pay attention to details;(4)Sports selection standards are scientific and training quality is strictly controlled.6.Through the establishment of the SWOT model of Hunan Province’s youth basketball reserve talent training strategy,it is found that a total of 12 factors have an impact on the Hunan Province youth basketball reserve talent training.7.After calculating the comprehensive weight of the youth basketball reserve talent training strategy in Hunan Province through Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),it is concluded that the ST struggle strategy is the optimal strategy for the youth basketball reserve talent training strategy in Hunan Province.Suggestions:(1)Reform the competition system and improve the league system.(2)Introduce outstanding talents and improve the coaching ability.(3)Establish correct concepts and improve the technical level of athletes.(4)Implement national policies and promote the coordinated development of sports and education integration.(5)Give full play to strategic advantages and promote high-quality development.
