SWOT Analysis Of Development Of Taekwondo Competitive Reserve Talents In Zibo City,Shandong Province

The cultivation of reserve talents has always been an important point for the survival and development of competitive sports in various countries.Zibo has achieved outstanding results in Taekwondo in Shandong province and has shown strong momentum in the recent two National Games.In the cultivation of competitive reserve talents,there are many experiences worth learning,but there are also some disadvantages.Based on the study and summary of relevant research results at home and abroad,this paper adopts the methods of questionnaire survey,expert interview and literature review to analyze the current situation of reserve talent training in Taekwondo competitive sports in Zibo city.According to the analysis results,SWOT analysis is applied to the development of Taekwondo sports reserve talents in Zibo city,and the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges in the development process are pointed out,and the construction direction is discussed.Finally,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The current situation of cultivating taekwondo reserve talents in Zibo city is in good condition on the whole.Moreover,the taekwondo industry develops rapidly and has a good mass base,which provides a certain amount of guarantee for the selection of taekwondo reserve talents in Zibo City.At the same time,The taekwondo performance of Zibo city ranks among the best in the province,and the trend of steady improvement.2.Competitive taekwondo coaches in Zibo are from a wide range of sources,with excellent teaching ability and training level,serious and responsible teaching attitude,scientific management and strict requirements on students.But there are also some shortcomings,reflected in the lack of scientific research ability of coaches,can not timely update the theoretical knowledge.3.Compared with other prefectural cities,the security measures for competitive taekwondo in Zibo city are relatively complete.Leaders attach great importance to taekwondo,and the training funds and venue equipment and facilities can basically meet the needs of training.However,in terms of medical supervision,it is not ideal,and the medical staff isuneven.Moreover,it fails to provide good physical recovery and injury prevention,which is not conducive to the healthy and sustainable development of athletes' future career.4.Zibo Competitive Taekwondo Sports School attaches great importance to students' cultural learning,coaches timely urge and supervise,and scientifically make training plans.Athletes have enough time for training,actively participate in various competitions,and practice by competition,which can improve athletes' on-the-spot experience and comprehensive practical ability.However,it is also difficult for athletes to obtain grade certificates,which limits their output and affects their enthusiasm and confidence.5.The government,social organizations and enterprises have not yet formed a perfect cooperation mechanism,which makes the development of taekwondo subject to certain limitations.At the same time,the development of other sports clubs is also reducing the number of taekwondo participants.
