Research On The Characteristics Of Offensive And Defensive Technology Application Of Guards In The Top Four Teams Of The 2022 Women’s Basketball World Cup

After 28 years,the Chinese Women’s Basketball team won the second place in the 2022 FIBA Women’s Basketball World Cup.The guard players made great contributions for the Chinese Women’s Basketball team to win the podium again.Among them,the defenders have a good performance in the competition,which has made great contributions to the Chinese women ’s basketball team ’s return to the podium.As the organizer and attacker of the team ’s on-the-spot competition,the defender is an indispensable soul character of the team and undertakes the arduous task of the team ’s attack and defense.At present,there are few studies on the characteristics of the use of offensive and defensive techniques by defenders.This article uses the literature data method,video analysis method,mathematical statistics method,expert interview method,logical analysis method and other methods to study the characteristics of the offensive and defensive techniques used by the defenders of the 2022 FIBA Women ’s Basketball World Cup,analyze the characteristics of the offensive and defensive techniques used by the defenders of the highest level of women ’s basketball in the world,and explore the development trend of the defenders of the women ’s world strong teams in the offensive and defensive technical level,and provide some theoretical basis for the training of the defenders of the Chinese women ’s basketball team.The main conclusions are as follows :1)On the whole,the use of the offensive and defensive technology of the semi-finals of the four teams presents diversified characteristics.The offensive defense methods are diverse and can be used reasonably according to the actual scenario in the game.2)In terms of offensive techniques,the defenders of the top four teams mainly use both hands to catch the ball while moving.Non ball movement mainly uses the movement methods of L,V running and reverse running.The most common target positions for ball free movement are those that move towards the empty space;There are various ways of passing the ball,mainly between passes.The assist rate of one-handed passing is higher than that of two-handed passing,but there are also more errors.The passing area is diversified,covering the entire court area;Dribble breakthrough has become the main breakthrough method,and the most commonly used is dribble speed change breakthrough.After breakthrough,multiple choices are made for quick stop shots and breakthrough points;A two point shot is the key to a team’s success,with a low percentage of long-range shots.The main shooting methods include dribbling for a quick stop shot and dribbling for a layup while moving.The main method is to create shooting and scoring opportunities by yourself.The stronger the defensive interference,the lower the shooting percentage,and the highest number of shots are made in the area under the basket and in the remote area.3)In terms of rebounding techniques,the defenders of the top four teams mainly obtain rebounds by rushing and grabbing.After seizing the offensive rebounds,the most commonly used method of handling the ball is dribbling to reorganize the attack,followed by direct selection of shots,and the least commonly used method is passing the ball to teammates;The most commonly used method of handling the ball after grabbing and defending rebounds is reorganizing,followed by passing fast attacks,and dribbling fast attacks are the least used.4)In terms of defensive techniques,the defense of the defenders of the top four teams against the players with the ball is mainly personal defense.When defending the opponent’s dribbling,it is mainly to start defending in the opponent’s back court;The main defensive strategy used when defending opponents’ breakthrough,passing,and shooting is to engage in close and strong interference.Strong defense against players without the ball.The closer you get to the basket,the greater the pressure you put on receiving defense;The defense of an opponent’s cut is mostly a close and strong interference,using physical confrontation to prevent the opponent’s movement at the beginning of the cut.
