Study On The Service Performance Evaluation Of Public Sports Venues In Chengdu City

The party’s 20 th congress proposed to improve the public service system and improve the efficiency of public services.As the material carrier for the government to perform the function of public sports service,public sports venues play an important role in providing public sports services,developing sports undertakings and meeting people’s needs for sports.In order to further improve the quality of public sports services and promote the construction of a famous sports city and sports Chengdu,Chengdu has opened a new stage of the construction of public sports venues.In the process of continuous construction and improvement of public sports venues,public sports venues in Chengdu are also faced with problems such as low degree of openness,low service level,poor service quality,lack of service standards and insufficient innovation vitality.Therefore,how to effectively improve the service quality of public sports venues and meet the people’s needs for sports has become an urgent problem to be solved.This paper takes the service performance of public sports venues in Chengdu as the research object,on the basis of fully drawing on and absorbing relevant research results from scholars at home and abroad,takes the new public service theory and public service quality theory as the guidance,and takes the purpose of improving the service performance of public sports venues in Chengdu as the purpose.Firstly,the connotation of the performance evaluation of Chengdu is discussed.Secondly,through literature study,expert interview,Delphi method and hierarchical analysis,build the hierarchical analysis model and measure the specific indicators in the index system;calculate and test the weights of hierarchical analysis(AHP),analyze,discuss and explain the results of empirical test.The main research conclusions of this paper are:(1)Analyze the core content of Chengdu public sports venues service,on the one hand,public sports venues service facilities,services to the society directly or indirectly provide sports products and services,on the other hand,public sports venues service supply formed with the government as the main body,the enterprise participation in mode.(2)The service performance evaluation index system of Chengdu public sports venues was constructed.According to the objective reality of public stadium service in Chengdu and the principles of scientificity,systematization and sustainability,the performance evaluation index system of public stadium service in Chengdu is constructed,which is composed of three dimensions of "input index","process index" and "effect index".(3)The public’s demand for and recognition of public sports stadium services have been significantly enhanced.Through hierarchical analysis,build hierarchical analysis model,the Chengdu public sports venues service performance evaluation indicators into the weight analysis test,verify the scientific nature of the index,at the same time input index,process index,performance index respectively 32.75%,25.99%,41.26%,the study shows that the higher the demand for public sports venues service and the stronger the recognition.(4)The service performance of public stadiums in Chengdu was evaluated,the status of service performance level of public stadiums in Chengdu was clarified,and the evaluation results were analyzed and ranked.The results show that the service performance level of public sports venues in Chengdu is good,with more than 80 points,but there are still places for further improvement and improvement.(5)The countermeasures to improve the service performance of public sports venues in Chengdu are put forward.In the service performance of public sports venues in Chengdu,such as insufficient resource investment,institutional barriers,lack of professional talents and insufficient site facilities,the resource investment of public sports venues should improve the service quality;the second is to improve the demand of public service content;the third is to improve the stadium system and improve the service efficiency of sports venues;the fourth is to establish the scientific performance concept and continuously improve the service performance evaluation of public sports venues.
