Shaanxi National Fitness Public Service Performance Evaluation Index System Of Building Research

With the rapid growth of China's economy and the rapid progress of the society,the people are paying more and more attention to their living conditions.In 2011 and,the State Council issued the notice on the national fitness program from 2011 to 2015 and the notice from 2016 to 2020.Especially in the 2016-2020 notice,clearly put forward in 2020 to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the provinces.Therefore,the research on the performance evaluation of the public health service for the whole people is of great significance to strengthen the government's work.In order to establish a set of suitable for the Shaanxi Province,the current situation of the performance evaluation index system for research purposes,in order to evaluate the fitness of municipal government work status of the provincial government of Shaanxi province by the index system on the basis of.In the research methods,mainly through the literature review,expert interviews,data collation and analysis of mathematical statistics and weight analysis.First visited by some experts and scholars have authority and the Provincial Sports Bureau,Sports Bureau,Sports Bureau and other cutting-edge health workers in the field,combined with their suggestions and previous research experience the final qualifying 6 first class indexes and the corresponding two level indicators,42 indicators system.Again,making the first round of expert questionnaire to experts on the importance of "index" and "two dimensions of" score,expert questionnaires were collected,calculated by the statistical software,screening index.Then use the indicators to develop the index of the weight of the scoring questionnaire,through the investigation of experts,the index weight scoring,and finally the use of AHP and related software to determine the weight of the index.Finally,this paper establishes a set of performance evaluation index system of public health service in Shaanxi Province,which is composed of the first level index(6)and the corresponding two level indicators(the 28).On this basis,the paper selects Weinan city and Ankang City as the object of this evaluation index system to test the rationality of the index system,to contribute to the development of national fitness program in Shaanxi province.
