| Chemistry Curriculum Standards for Senior High Schools(2017 edition,2020revision)mentioned that "students should be allowed to solve practical chemistry problems in real life situations".Engineering thinking is based on specific engineering activity situations.Teachers use ideas and methods to solve engineering problems to help students form a thinking mode characterized by systematism,coordination and tradeoff.Unit teaching is a new teaching mode.It is a teaching measure that teachers analyze and integrate the teaching content to form a complete unit content according to the course standard,textbook and the characteristics of students.It emphasizes the overall teaching design from the perspective of unit,highlighting the connection and integrity of content and process.Training students’ ability to solve practical problems in unit teaching is inseparable from engineering thinking,so this paper studies the design and implementation of high school chemistry unit teaching from the perspective of engineering thinking has practical significance.Based on humanism theory,constructivism theory and pragmatism theory,this paper defines the concepts of engineering thinking and unit teaching,sort out the relationship between them,and build a unit teaching model of training engineering thinking according to the common characteristics.The model includes: 1)determine the unit theme and create engineering activities;2)Analyze the starting point of learning and clarify the engineering tasks;3)Decompose engineering tasks and plan class arrangements;4)Evaluation of design scheme and reflection on teaching effect.According to this model,two cases of "Regulation of Chemical Reactions" and "precipitation dissolution balance",which are optional compulsory courses for high school chemistry in the human education edition,are selected to carry out the teaching design of high school chemistry unit from the perspective of engineering thinking.With the cultivation of engineering thinking as the core,the original teaching sequence of textbooks is disorganized,and engineering activities as the main line of the context,the complicated chemical knowledge is combined with engineering activities.To help students build an overall knowledge system,enhance the ability to learn chemistry knowledge and deal with practical problems in life.Finally,the paper analyzes the feasibility and effect of unit teaching in senior high school.Through this study,first of all,the method of the integration of engineering thinking and unit teaching and the concrete implementation path are clarified.Secondly,it completed the design and implementation of a series of unit teaching cases under the guidance of engineering thinking.Finally,the teaching practice of the integration of engineering thinking and unit teaching mode is implemented,and the training effect of students is preliminarily confirmed,such as promoting the tradeoff and creative development of students. |
