| Writing academic theses for graduate students is a powerful way to exercise their comprehensive abilities and a good way to demonstrate their comprehensive strength.Tutorial guidance plays a crucial role in the writing process of graduate academic theses,not only affecting the quality of academic theses writing,but also affecting the efficiency of academic theses writing.However,the effectiveness of mentor guidance is also affected by various factors.With the development of information technology,it has become a trend for mentors to guide academic theses writing for graduate students online and offline.Studying how to conduct a comprehensive and reasonable evaluation of the effectiveness of guidance effect on academic theses for postgraduate students can not only help them improve their comprehensive guidance ability,but also enhance their academic theses writing ability and scientific research innovation ability,thereby helping to improve the quality of graduate student training.Based on the analysis of factors that affect the guidance effectiveness of academic theses directed by tutors,this study constructs a comprehensive evaluation model for the guidance effectiveness of academic theses.The work done in this thesis is as follows.Firstly,an evaluation index system of the guidance effect on academic theses for postgraduate students is designed.By consulting relevant literature at home and abroad,this thesis explores the main factors that affect the guidance effectiveness on academic theses for master’s degree candidates,designs relevant questionnaires,and establishes an evaluation index system of the guidance effect on academic theses for postgraduate students candidates based on the questionnaire data,laying the foundation for the construction of an evaluation model for the writing effectiveness of academic theses directed by tutors for master’s degree candidates.Secondly,a group decision-making model for evaluating the guidance effect on academic theses for postgraduate students is constructed.Based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,this model uses the q-rung orthopair hesitant fuzzy preference relations proposed in this study to represent decision-maker preference information,proposes the definitions of additive consistency,acceptable additive consistency,and unacceptable additive consistency for q-rung orthopair hesitant fuzzy preference relations,and designs a model to check and adjust unacceptable additive consistency.At the same time,consensus,acceptable consensus,and unacceptable consensus are defined,and an iterative algorithm is developed to achieve consensus among group opinions.Then,a priority vector solving model is constructed to calculate the priority weight vector for the tutor to guide the writing effect of academic theses for graduate students.Based on the above research,this thesis constructs a group decisionmaking model for evaluating the guidance effect on academic theses for postgraduate students.Multiple decision-makers evaluate the guidance effect on academic theses for postgraduate students,and then obtain the final ranking of tutoring effectiveness.Finally,a group decision-making model for evaluating the guidance effect on academic theses for postgraduate students was implemented.This thesis applies the proposed evaluation model to practical problems,and compares and analyzes the ranking results obtained.It indicates that the evaluation model for the guidance effect on academic theses for postgraduate students can solve the multi-objective evaluation problem of tutor guidance effectiveness,help improve the guidance ability of graduate tutors,and further improve the quality of graduate student training.And the evaluation model proposed in this thesis can also be applied to educational evaluation or other fields. |
