According to statistics,there are currently 3.13 million postgraduate students in our country.With the increase in the number of postgraduate students enrolled year by year,the issue of improving the quality of postgraduate training cannot be ignored.In the process of postgraduate training,literature reading ability is an important factor affecting the quality of postgraduate training,and at the same time,postgraduate literature reading ability is also affected by many factors.Exploring how to scientifically and effectively evaluate postgraduate literature reading ability can not only help students to improve their personal ability,and it can also provide guidance and correction for the direction of postgraduate training,thus profoundly affecting the level and quality of postgraduate training.Through the literature survey,it is found that few researchers have studied the comprehensive evaluation of graduate students’ literature reading ability.This paper proposes a model for comprehensive evaluation of postgraduate literature reading ability through an in-depth analysis of the influencing factors of graduate students’ literature reading ability.The specific contents studied in this paper are as follows.Firstly,through literature reading and questionnaire survey,the status quo of postgraduate literature reading and the influencing factors of postgraduate literature reading ability are deeply investigated and explored,and the factors affecting postgraduate literature reading ability are determined through data collection and data analysis.Then,a fuzzy evaluation model of periodic literature reading is proposed.Based on the evaluation index of literature reading ability,this paper analyzes the status quo of the evaluation of postgraduate literature reading effect,draws out the defects of the existing evaluation methods,and proposes a fuzzy evaluation method for the periodic postgraduate literature reading effect.The evaluation process is actually a group decision-making process.By using the q-ROFAAPWA(q-Rung Orthopair fuzzy Aczel-Alsina Power Average)operator and q-ROFAAPGA(q-Rung Orthopair fuzzy Aczel-Alsina Power Geometric)operator proposed in this study to gather group decision-making opinions,and combining the LINMAP(Linear Programming Technique for Multidimensional Analysis of Preference)model to solve the weights of each index,the postgraduate literature reading effect can be evaluated in stages,getting the score and ranking of graduate literature reading ability.Through comparing and analyzing the model with other decision-making methods,then founding that the obtained results were consistent,thus proving that the method proposed in this study is feasible and effective.Finally,aiming at the problem that the periodic postgraduate literature reading effect evaluation can only reflect the postgraduate’s evaluation of a certain literature reading effect and ability,but cannot reflect the comprehensive ability of postgraduate literature reading,a comprehensive evaluation method of postgraduate literature reading ability is proposed.The model is based on the innovative information integration operator q-ROFPWBM(q-Rung Orthopair fuzzy Power Weighted Bonferroni Mean)operator and q-ROFPBM(q-Rung Orthopair fuzzy Power Bonferroni Mean)operator.The information integration operator is an important tool for processing decision-making information,and the q-ROFPWBM operator takes into account the existence between attributes.Therefore,it can provide better support for the comprehensive evaluation process of postgraduate literature reading ability.By using the two proposed literature reading ability evaluation models to evaluate the postgraduate literature reading ability and postgraduate literature reading comprehensive ability respectively,the scientific of the proposed evaluation method is verified,and the scientific and effectiveness of the evaluation method are further tested,this paper uses other operators and methods to evaluate the reading ability of postgraduates,and the results are consistent.
