| Since the implementation of the "double reduction" policy,education and training institutions have faced a huge crisis.For education and training institutions,their core competitiveness is teachers,but in the past two years,there have been a large number of teachers’ low loyalty behaviors,including spreading false negative information about the company,stealing the institution’s internal teaching products,illegally exporting student information and transferring some students to illegal classes opened privately.These actions have undoubtedly dealt a heavy blow to education and training companies that are already in the midst of adversity.In view of the above phenomenon,this thesis takes NF Education and Training Company,a leading enterprise in local education and training,as the research object,and finds that since the implementation of the "double reduction" policy,most teachers have been greatly affected in terms of income,welfare,career development,social status,etc.,and the psychological gap and economic pressure have caused many teachers to have negative emotions and behaviors that harm the interests of the company,and even have a more obvious tendency to leave.To this end,the author uses the literature research method to explore the definition of employee loyalty from domestic and foreign literature,takes NF company teachers as the survey object,collects data through questionnaire survey of 31 teachers and conducts in-depth interviews with 4 teachers,sorts out the influencing factors of NF education and training company teacher loyalty in eight aspects and proposes corresponding improvement plans,these eight aspects are: "double reduction" policy,corporate identity,enterprise belonging,employee care for the enterprise,quality of life,salary,development opportunities and turnover tendency.Through the above research,it provides reference and suggestions for NF education and training companies to improve the human resource management system,ensure the sustainable development of enterprises,and provide reference for education and training enterprises in the same adversity. |
