| With the increasing emphasis of the country on vocational education,secondary vocational education,as the most basic part of vocational education,has also developed steadily.The development and expansion of regional economy is related to the optimal allocation of social resources and the construction of a harmonious society.As for secondary vocational education,its ultimate goal is to provide reliable and practical technical and skilled talents for regional economic development and provide intellectual support for regional economic development.In turn,through the development of regional economy,we can further develop regional secondary vocational education,promote the expansion of the scale of regional secondary vocational education and the increase of financial investment,thus promoting the prosperity and development of secondary vocational education.This study focuses on the coordinated development of secondary vocational education and regional economy in Lishui,under the background of the transformation and upgrading of the resource economy and the continuous optimization of the industrial structure.It will have strong practical significance in solving the problem of secondary vocational education adapting to the transformation of economic development mode and enhancing the contribution of secondary vocational education to regional economic development under the new normal.Based on the relevant research at home and abroad,based on the theory of new public service,the theory of human capital and the theory of educational economy,this paper focuses on the inner ability of Lishui secondary vocational education to serve regional economic development,comprehensively uses the literature review method,statistical analysis method and case study method to analyze the characteristics of Lishui secondary vocational education,the current investment level of secondary vocational education,the distribution of secondary vocational schools,enrollment and employment status.As well as the professional setting,the degree of integration of industry and education,teachers and other factors for in-depth investigation and research.Through literature review and field research on economic aggregate,characteristic industries,industrial structure and talent demand of Lishui,the economic development of Lishui is summarized.On this basis,the coordination of secondary vocational education and regional economic development in Lishui is studied and analyzed,and concluded that there are some problems in secondary vocational education in Lishui,such as the low matching degree between major and industry,the integration of production and education has not been deeply promoted,the quality of "double professional" teachers is not high,and the lack of investment in vocational education funds.In view of the existing problems,and combined with the actual situation,this paper proposes dynamic evaluation and adjustment of majors,precise connection with industrial demands,strengthening construction of specialty with characteristics,guaranteeing the supply of talents in pillar industries,expanding the main body of vocational education,taking the road of diversified education,deepening the integrated development of industry and education,improving the transformation and upgrading of services,improving the teacher supplement mechanism,optimizing the allocation of dual-teacher teachers,establish a hierarchical and classified "double-qualified" teacher standard system,construct a multi-coordinated "double-qualified" teacher training system and mechanism,improve the government fund investment guarantee mechanism,improve the investment incentive policy of social forces and other relevant suggestions and countermeasures.For the government and education authorities to improve the ability of secondary vocational education to serve regional economic development and improve the quality and adaptability of secondary vocational education.Studying the relationship between secondary vocational education and regional economic development can not only analyze the characteristics of the development of secondary vocational education in the region,but also reveal the problems between secondary vocational education and regional economic development in the process of development.Thinking about and finding solutions to these problems will help promote the development of secondary vocational education and regional economy,and promote the positive feedback effect of both. |
