| With the implementation of the "double reduction" policy,after-school sports services are booming.After-school sports service is an important part of after-school service.High-quality after-school sports service plays a positive role in improving students’ physical fitness.Whether after-school sports service plays its due role in compulsory education remains to be tested.Therefore,this paper adopts the method of literature,field investigation,questionnaire survey,interview and mathematical statistics to investigate the status quo of after-school sports services in urban primary schools in Tianmen City,and issues questionnaires to relevant teachers and parents.In view of the problems existing in the implementation of after-school sports services,optimization strategies are proposed,so as to improve the quality of after-school sports services.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The policy keynote is conducive to the development of after-school sports services in primary schools,but there is no detailed operation guide for after-school sports services.(2)The after-school sports service quality of urban primary schools in Tianmen needs to be improved,which is mainly reflected in four aspects: inaccurate supply and demand matching of after-school sports service items,insufficient teachers,sports venues and equipment,imperfect supervision and evaluation incentive mechanism,and parents’ willingness to support their children to participate in after-school sports services.(3)The after-school sports service of urban primary schools in Tianmen is mainly carried out in two mixed forms,namely "community + training team" or "class + training team".There are a variety of projects,and the matching degree of project supply and demand needs to be improved.The time of after-school sports service can reach almost one hour,and students can participate in it 2-3 times a week on average.To meet the physical health development needs of primary school students.(4)The after-school sports service of Tianmen urban primary schools has a good effect.After-school sports services have had a positive impact on students.Parents’ satisfaction with after-school sports service is good.The active participation of teachers in after-school sports services needs to be improved.The main factor influencing parents’ support for children’s participation is that parents think that the influence of children’s academic learning and project Settings can not meet the needs.The main factors affecting teachers’ teaching enthusiasm are the increase of teaching tasks,the extension of working time,the unsatisfactory class hour subsidy,the lack of physical strength and energy.Based on Tianmen city city primary school after school service sports activities to carry out the present situation,given the following strategies:(1)the school in the project,should be demand oriented,project demand for parents and students in advance,when necessary to choose more project resources tilt,arrange more teachers and venues for different ability level of students in class teaching.(2)through the foot,with strong Tianmen city primary school physical education teachers and positive multi-channel through qualified external teachers to build high level after-school sports service teachers team(3)through reasonable planning and transform school spare space,transform and management of existing equipment,lease outside site,the government intensify support and so on four aspects to crack the plight of insufficient equipment.(4)Primary schools in Tianmen city need to strengthen the communication between the school,discuss how to effectively improve the enthusiasm of after-school physical education service teachers,and how to establish and improve the management system of supervision,evaluation,incentive and other aspects.At the same time,it is also necessary to strengthen home-school communication and improve parents’ satisfaction with after-school sports services through timely feedback.(5)Strengthen the construction of campus sports culture to promote the development of after-school sports services. |
