Targeting at problems above, based on instruction, scientificity, humanity and practicability, this article mainly adopts literature summarization, field investigation, expert interviews and other methods to conduct analysis and study on the concept, elements and influence to physical education of primary and secondary school physical education environment, trying to optimize the pessimistic situation both physically and mentally. Based on this, attempt to design and optimize physical education method pointing at environmental pollution, hazy weather and other environmental problems, and targeting at students’ psychological changes in the contemporary social background. Restriction from current economy, politics, culture on physical education environment is getting worse and worse, which indicates that the reform of physical education environment is around the corner. Now taking the elementary school as an example, put forward the construction of indoor stadium, effectively avoid haze pollution and use circumjacentresource to conduct teaching design, construct diversified curriculum.
