Over the past decade,education has gradually been industrialized,making all kinds of training institutions come into being and expanding,forming a situation where there are many giants and followers at present.In particular,with the rise of catecoming and online education in the past two years,a large number of funds have poured into the education and training market,the industry has further developed and strengthened,the teacher group engaged in the education and training industry has become more and more large,and the scope of students affected has become more and more extensive.Therefore,the professional identity of basic education training teachers is a field worthy of study.Although the concept of teachers’ professional identity has been clearly put forward for a long time,the domestic researches on teachers’ professional identity are mostly focused on the teachers in the system and on the cultivation of education.The attention of the training teachers is relatively absent,especially for the professional identity of the teachers in the educational and training institutions,but little attention is paid to the professional identity of the teachers in the educational and training institutions.But through the survey statistics,in fact,the number of basic education training teachers has been huge,its identity is special,the influence is wide,it is worth paying attention to.Therefore,this paper selects this stage of basic education training to study the teachers of Changsha basic education training school.The theory adopted in this study is a mature theory of teachers’ professional identity structure in China at the present stage.In recent years,this theory has been used by many researchers in China as the theoretical basis of teachers’ professional identity.The theory of teachers’ professional identity structure puts forward four factors of teachers’ professional identity from the angle of pedagogy,and divides the connotation of teachers’ professional identity into four dimensions: the value of role,the tendency of professional behavior and the sense of belonging to the profession.The general situation of this theory is wide and complete,but the theory of teachers’ professional identity structure is put forward with the teachers in the system as the object of study.For this study,it can only provide a large framework for the researchers to combine the training of teachers in basic education.At the same time,the application and expansion are carried out.Another feature of this study is the use of narrative perspective.Compared with the traditional perspective of identity research,the study of identity under narrative perspective can convey the complex inner voice of human beings,and provide a channel for marginalized people to convey their thoughts.This research is concerned with the general group of teachers in basic education training schools.Under the constant development of today’s society,the public’s pursuit of quality education,the continuous strengthening of investment in education,the continuous development of the education and training industry,this part of the group of teachers is also growing.Compared with the establishment of teachers in a system that is fully recognized by society,they have gradually developed a feeling of "marginalization",and they have developed a sense of "marginalization".Its healthy career development is closely related to the development of basic education.In order to further improve the basic education training market,stabilize the teaching staff of the basic education training school,and promote the standardization of the education market,many social researchers gradually begin to pay attention to the development mode of the basic education training teachers.This research deeply explores the inner world of three basic education training teachers through the study of their role values,professional behavior tendency and sense of belonging.Through the study of the forming process of their professional identity,the characteristics of the professional identity of the teachers in basic education training schools are found and some suggestions are put forward.
