Special-post teacher as a new group of teachers,beginning to appear in our vision since the "special post plan" implementation in 2006.The professional identity of the special-post teacher is that who measure the value of their occupation.It is the intrinsic motivation of the self-growth for special-post teachers.It has a guiding effect on the practice and development of the teachers in the special posts,to a large extent,it determines the teaching methods of teachers.The professional identity of the special-post teachers is not only related to the professional development of the teachers,but also effect the "special post plan" implementation and the development of the rural basic education.A special-post teacher was selected as the research' object in this study.I observed her daily life for 4 months,and show her career status by the narrative way.Summarizing the influencing factors of the professional identity of the special-post teacher and analyze the existing problems.Showing the real situation of the special post teacher.So that more people can understand the professional identity of special teachers and their survival status.I hope that the special teachers who are in the same situation can rethink their teaching life.And giving the insignificant reference for implementation of "special post plan" and the rural education.This article tells the story of a special-post teacher.It is expected to understand the dynamic development and change process of the professional identity of the special-post teacher.It is found that living environment,wage income,job evaluation,school management this factors influence special-post teachers' professional identity.So it level generally show more and more lower.The main problem of special-post teachers' professional identity is that policy implementation is not strict,school environment is not ideal and lacking of social support.And the teacher's own concept also has a certain impact.In order to giving better service for rural students,we need to improve the lever of professional identity of special-post teacher.First of all,the government should strictly implement the "special post plan" requirements to protect the legitimate rights and interests of teachers.Secondly,the schools should create a comfortable working environment for teachers.Lastly,people should support teachers,works.Teachers themselves also have to continue study.
