| Vocational education is currently a major national strategy,and the revitalization of secondary vocational education is a fundamental project involving the cultivation of high-quality and highly-skilled personnel.Vocational training for secondary vocational teachers is a long-term policy issue,and it has gradually become a hot academic subject in recent years.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the post-service training of professional teachers in secondary vocational schools.This study uses Changsha University of Finance and Economics as a case analysis school.Based on the intensity sampling principle of purposeful sampling,eight front-line teachers in the school are selected for in-depth interviews.This is supplemented by participatory observation of teacher training activities.A grounded theory method is used to assist Nvivo12.The qualitative analysis software analyzes the materials and discusses the effects and influencing factors of post-service training for secondary vocational teachers.The study found that the lack of enthusiasm for teachers to participate in the training,low and uneven participation,solidified content of training,and single form of training have limited the effectiveness of teacher post-service training.Through in-depth analysis,the research considers that the four factors of teacher factors,mechanism factors,model factors,and personal factors are the direct influencing factors of the status of post-service training for secondary vocational teachers,and a post-service training for secondary vocational teachers is constructed around these four factors.Impact factor model.On this basis,in order to improve the effect of post-service training for secondary vocational teachers and truly improve the quality of secondary vocational teachers,this study takes human resource management as the theoretical basis and puts forward suggestions for professional teacher training in secondary vocational schools in China from two aspects.The first is to improve the internal mechanism of teacher training in secondary vocational schools,focusing on the needs of teacher training,training plans,and training evaluation feedback.The second is to strengthen the external environment of secondary vocational teacher training,such as deepening the training system,expanding training opportunities,and strengthening school-enterprise cooperation. |
