Education is an important way to improve the comprehensive quality of the people and promote their comprehensive development.It is an important cornerstone of national rejuvenation and social progress,and a decisive cause for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Rural education plays a fundamental,leading,and global role in the modern national education system,which is related to the modernization of education in China.It is of great significance in promoting the development of modern agriculture,assisting rural revitalization,promoting the construction of emerging urbanization,improving the quality of the people,and promoting educational equity.The key to developing rural education and running rural schools well lies in educating teachers.Rural teachers are the fundamental support for the development of more fair and high-quality rural education,and are an important force in promoting rural revitalization,building a socialist modernized country,and achieving the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.In recent years,the country has issued a series of important policy documents to support the construction and development of rural teacher teams.In June 2015,the State Council issued the "Rural Teacher Support Plan(2015-2020)",which pointed out the constraints to the sustainable and healthy development of rural education,including weak professional attractiveness,inadequate supplementary channels,insufficient allocation of high-quality resources,unreasonable structure,and low overall quality.Relevant measures were also formulated.Teachers are one of the key links in talent cultivation,and the students they cultivate will become talents from all walks of life in the future society.The quality and ability of teachers’ teaching directly affect students’ academic performance and employment prospects.Teachers also promote the development and progress of subject areas through their own research and innovation work,providing theoretical and practical foundations for technological innovation,industrial upgrading,and other aspects.In this process,teachers collaborated with enterprises,governments,and other parties to promote industry university research cooperation,accelerate the transformation and commercialization of scientific and technological achievements,and promote high-quality economic development.In short,teachers play an important role in talent cultivation,employment promotion,subject innovation,and industry university research cooperation,and have a positive impact on economic development and progress.This article first starts with the current background of domestic education development,and elaborates on the core concepts of this study from two aspects: the purpose and significance of this study.Then,it summarizes relevant literature at home and abroad,supplemented by relevant theoretical reviews,and introduces the three main calculation models of this study,which are in order: Stromelin’s labor simplification method,Schultz’s residual analysis method,and Dennison’s factor analysis method.Secondly,the current situation of teacher resource allocation and economic development in rural primary and secondary schools in Fangxian County was introduced,and an evaluation index system for teacher resource allocation and economic development was constructed.The post revision selected four time series indicators: the number of students in school,the number of full-time teachers,the investment of teaching funds,and the gross domestic product of Fangxian County as measurement variables.Through econometric software,the relationship between teacher resource allocation and economic development in Fangxian County was empirically analyzed.Through comparative analysis,it was found that the contribution rate of teacher resource allocation to economic development in Fangxian County is lower than the national average.Upon further investigation,it was found that the lagging economic development level in Fangxian County is the main factor causing the loss of rural teachers.Finally,corresponding and implementable strategies and suggestions are proposed to address the issue of loss,including increasing financial investment in rural education and improving school conditions;Improve the material treatment of rural teachers and enhance their social status;Improve the system of teacher mobility in urban and rural areas,and promote the healthy flow of teachers;Establish people-oriented preferential policies to ensure the retention of rural teachers;Promote government procurement of educational services and introduce social capital to join;Strengthen economic investment in teacher training and enhance teacher professional development;Encourage society to donate educational investment and improve the allocation of teacher resources.Through these efforts,we can effectively strengthen the stability of the teaching staff in rural primary and secondary schools in Fang County,and promote the balanced and healthy development of rural basic education.
