| In recent years,science and technology have developed rapidly.Network technology,big data technology and cloud computing technology are constantly updated and iterated.Under this background,people’s lifestyle and working mode have changed to a great extent,and Internet platform enterprises have emerged in large numbers,presenting a new business form in the market.With the development of Internet platform enterprises,new occupations have come into people’s vision,such as "errand runner","Didi driver","delivery boy" and so on.In these positions,employees do not have to provide services for a certain enterprise,but start to serve for the platform.Based on this,a new dynamic relationship has emerged.The forms of new labor relations in daily life are increasingly rich.Because of the differences between new labor relations and traditional labor relations,the management of new labor relations has become the key to protect the rights and interests of the employing platform and workers.Based on the psychological contract theory,stakeholder theory and socialist harmonious labor relations theory,this paper lays a solid theoretical foundation for the later research by sorting out the concepts and theories.Through the literature data method,the relevant data of domestic and foreign scholars are combed and analyzed,the current research status and shortcomings of this subject are summarized,the research innovation is explored,the value of this research is enhanced,and the research methods and contents are clarified.Taking the new-type labor relations management of A company as an example,the actual situation of A company is introduced.Then,based on the new-type labor relations management,A questionnaire is designed to collect the controversial cases of A company in the new-type labor relations from 2018 to 2022,and the cases are sorted out.And from the employment mode management status quo,rules and regulations management status quo,labor training management status quo,compensation and welfare management status quo,labor dispute management status quo analysis of the management status quo.In the aspect of new labor relations management,the main problems of A company focus on the confusion of employment mode,the lack of effective rules and regulations,the lack of on-the-job training for practitioners,the need to improve compensation and benefits,and the increasing number of lawsuits year by year.Based on the problems summarized above,This article from the clear responsibility of enterprises and practitioners,guide practitioners to participate in the development of internal system,strengthen practitioner training management,improve employee salary and welfare,establish dispute early warning and other aspects,put forward countermeasures. |
