Labor relations management is an important part of human resource management.The perfect labor relations management system has a great effect on the economic development of China and Mongolia and the economic exchanges between the two countries,and the comparative study of labor relations between China and Mongolia is very lack.Therefore,this paper is of great importance value.The paper takes the management system of labor relations in China and Mongolia as the core of research.The article first describes the background and significance of the study,and studies the theoretical basis of labor relations,and provides theoretical support for the following contents.On the basis of this,it summarizes the research progress of labor relations in developed countries and the two countries,and points out them.Secondly,the paper introduces the development of labor relations between China and Mongolia,and explains the common development of labor relations between China and Mongolia and the development trend of Sino Mongolia labor relations in the future.Then,with reference to the mature experience of advanced labor relations management system in developed countries,the problems existing in the management system of labor relations in China and Mongolia are analyzed.Finally,the paper provides corresponding solutions to the problems existing in the management system of labor relations in China and Mongolia.In view of the labor relations management system in China and Mongolia,the present situation and problems of the labor relations management system in China and Mongolia are compared and analyzed through theoretical research and data analysis.Finally,the countermeasures are provided for the improvement of the labor relations management system between China and Mongolia.
