A Study On The Case Work Involved In The Appearance Anxiety Of Female College Students

At present,the frequent appearance anxiety on campus has begun to affect the daily life and study of female college students.In 2021,more than 2000 college students were surveyed and interviewed by the media of the Youth School about their appearance anxiety.It was found that more than one half college students had appearance anxiety.With the social progress and the development of the Internet,it is more convenient for college students to receive new things.College students are more strict about their appearance under the publicity of online aesthetics.Especially female college students have extremely distorted aesthetic cognition,serious appearance anxiety and sense of inferiority in the frequent stimulation with the network beauty.More over,they began to avoid social activities in life.Appearance anxiety is very common amid female college students,which not only cause their cognitive deviation,but also lead to their unhealthy psychological emotions,and ultimately affect their health.This article mainly studies the appearance anxiety of female college students through casework intervention,and alleviat the anxiety of female college students through case interventions.Firstly,based on the existing literature and relevant research,by means of questionnaire and interview,with the help of the Anxiety Scale(SAAS),this paper measured the appearance anxiety of the case owner,and analyzed the anxiety performance and causes of her.Secondly,the service plan is designed under the guidance of cognitive behavior theory and dominant perspective theory.This article carried out specific intervention services to solve service object’s appearance anxiety problem through the casework method,this fully displayed the communication skills and professional value of social work.Finally,the whole service was closed and evaluated,which fully showed that the casework method has a significant effect on the intervention of female college students’ appearance anxiety.It could help the service object get out of the predicament and establish correct values.Finally,this paper summarizes and reflects on the experiences and shortcomings in the practical process,and puts forward constructive opinions on issues related to casework intervention.
