Research On The Influence Of College Students' Creative Entrepreneurship Competition On The Quality Of Talents Training

University Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Contest(Here and after referred as "Contest")swept the country after Premier Li Keqiang put forward “the public entrepreneurship and innovation” in 2015.The Education Department,the provincial Education Department,colleges and Universities responsed enthusiasticlly,and they organized a variety of innovative entrepreneurship competition.Students improved their ability and enriched their life during the process,the most important thing is that their sense of innovation has been cultivated and their abilities has been developed comprehensively.There by promoting colleges and universities to improve the quality of talent cultivation.This paper first summarized the current situation of the contest,reviewed the relevant literatures on talent cultivation model and quality.On the basis of literature review,combined with case analysis and in-depth interview data,this thesis constructed an empirical model of the contest influence on the quality of talent training.This kind of contests can not only affect the quality of talents directly,but also influenced it indirectely through the talent training model.According to the influencing factors and measurement indexes of the personnel training quality and the training model,a questionnaire was designed and the hypothesis was put forward.The reliability and validity of the model were analyzed by SPSS 19.0,followed by Correlation Analysis and Multivariate Regression Analysis,verified the hypothesis of the model step by step.The results of the study were as follows: Firstly,the competition(including link setting and incentive mechanism)has a significant impact on the quality of talent training.Secondly,from four aspects(the cultivation mission,the curriculum setting,teaching model and trainning assessment)verified that this model is an intermediary variable factor of the contest.Thirdly,student's motivation of participation also has significant impact on the quality of personnel training.Finally,the author puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the quality of college students' training.The innovation of this thesis is twofold,on one hand,the research focus on college students' innovation and entrepreneurship contest,this kind of contest was just arised in recent years,a few studies have been done on this issue,especially the empirical research can not be seen in any relevant literature.On the other hand,thisresearch constructed an empirical model which sets the competition as the independent variable,the talent cultivation model as the mediator variable and the talent cultivation quality as the dependent variable.On the basis of the literature review of the innovation and entrepreneurship contests,the talent cultivation model and the quality of talent training,the paper analyzed the variable factors and the interaction between the layers,then constructed the above empirical model.
