| In recent years,mental health problems have attracted more and more attention,and bipolar disorder,as one of the mental diseases,has also attracted more and more attention from the society.This disease has a high prevalence and recurrence rate,will bring a certain degree of negative impact on the patients themselves,their families and society.As a helping profession,social work has proved the effectiveness and necessity of social work’s intervention in the field of mental health through the successful experience of many scholars in this field.Moreover,the current new "bio-psycho-social" rehabilitation model also requires social work to participate in the rehabilitation treatment of patients.Therefore,the author tries to intervene in this field to promote the rehabilitation of patients with bipolar disorder.In this study,the author as a rehabilitation is in patients with bipolar disorder as service object,and uses the interview method and observation method to understand the status of the patients with physical,psychological,etc,and by asking the medical staff and patients to further access to patient data,then patients by sorting out and analyzing data,to understand the problems in the patients in the rehabilitation process and requirements,And under the guidance of social support theory and advantage perspective theory,the patient case intervention,through providing a series of rehabilitation services to patients to speed up the rehabilitation process of patients.After the intervention,the client showed significant improvement in all aspects,including finding a way to relieve his bad emotions,improving his interpersonal skills,making intimate friends,correcting his cognition of his own symptoms,and making a promise to take medicine on time and check up regularly.At this point,the service ended.Finally,the author evaluated the process and results of the entire intervention process,summarized the study,reflected on the shortcomings of the intervention process,and put forward suggestions to improve the allocation of social workers,improve community rehabilitation services,and improve social welfare policies. |
