The Research On The Autistic Children Caregivers’ Casework

In recent years,autistic children have attracted more and more attention in academia and society.In order to make autistic children get better care,the paper focuses on the caregivers of autistic children and adopts the way of case work to intervene with the patients.First of all,the case data were collected by interview and observation,and it was found that the client faced problems in cognition,parenting style and social scope,and it was clear that the client had the need to correctly understand autism,change parenting style and expand his social circle.On this basis,combined with cognitive behavior theory,advantage perspective theory and social support theory,from the change of the subject’s individual,stimulate the strength of the subject’s family members,and give play to the community,institutions,volunteers and other forces to carry out 10 times of service for the subject.Through case intervention,the client’s service needs were basically satisfied,and the ability to take care of autistic children was improved.On the basis of summarizing the case services,it is concluded that: cognitive modification is the basis of case intervention in the care of autistic children;Caregiver intervention capacity and rehabilitation training within the institution complement each other;Family support is an important support system for caregivers of autistic children.Rational use of social work related theories.Suggestions are put forward: to strengthen the government’s policy support for caregivers of autistic children;To enhance family cohesion among caregivers of autistic children;Provide community support for caregivers of autistic children;Strengthen social workers’ participation in institutions.
