With the new curriculum reform,the importance of middle school language homework in the teaching process is getting more and more attention.It can help students sort out and review what they have learned in time,and also help improve students’ creative thinking ability and independent practice ability,and is an important vehicle to promote students’ overall physical and mental development.However,there are still various problems in the language homework system in junior high school,which burden students and hinder the development of education and teaching.After the promulgation of the "double reduction" policy,it is more urgent to design quality and effective homework assignments to "slim down" and reduce students’ burden.The current research on the design of middle school language homework under the "double reduction" policy still lacks depth and practical teaching guidance value,especially the research on the design of middle school language homework is difficult to form a system.This paper firstly takes the current situation of middle school language homework arrangement after the promulgation of the double reduction policy as the basis,and analyzes the problems in the current middle school language homework design process with the support of constructivist theory and humanistic theory,in order to solve the outstanding problems such as inappropriate implementation of language homework layering,single form,lack of practical content and insufficient evaluation feedback.Secondly,on the basis of research on teachers and students in internship schools,this paper combines the current problems in the design of middle school language homework with the curriculum standards and textbooks,and proposes homework strategies such as layering,practicability,and living.Finally,the theoretical contents are tested in practice by combining with relevant homework cases,which in turn provides experience and support for junior high school language teachers’ homework design and seeks to achieve the goal of improving the quality and efficiency of junior high school language homework.
