As an essential part of teaching activities,extracurricular homework is an important way to contact the course.The function of extracurricular homework is no longer limited to consolidating the knowledge learned in class,but more attention should be paid to the improvement of students’ independent learning and comprehensive learning ability.At the same time,homework is also an important carrier to cultivate students ’good personality and promote students’ all-round development.But due to the exam-oriented education environment,students ’homework pressure is more and more big,in order to alleviate the pressure of students’ studies,encourage students healthy growth,in July 2021,the national central committee of the communist party and the State Council issued a "double reduction" policy,but because the teachers not systematically studied design language homework theoretical knowledge,empirical experience is insufficient,so how to make homework in the on the basis of the burden,improve the quality of the current junior middle school Chinese teachers need to solve the problem.Through the questionnaire survey,it can be found that after the implementation of the "double reduction" policy,there are four problems at the teacher level: the utilitarian purpose of extracurricular homework,the lack of hierarchy of extracurricular homework content,the lack of novelty in the form of extracurricular homework,and the single evaluation and correction method of extracurricular homework,there are problems at the student level from the pressure of extracurricular homework,low enthusiasm for reflecting and improving homework,and poor self-control when completing extracurricular homework,and there are problems at the parent level that pay too much attention to the two aspects of students’ grades and the tradition of educational philosophy.Combined with the theory of multiple intelligence,"middle school" theory and migration theory of the actual situation and a line teaching,in the 2022 edition of the compulsory education language curriculum standard as the basis,from the education management level,teacher level,student level and parents level,under the background of "double reduction" junior middle school Chinese homework optimization design put forward corresponding Suggestions,give homework "burden quality",promote students ’physical and mental health,and promote students’ Chinese literacy,and for a line of teachers and deepen the junior middle school Chinese homework optimization design research provide reference and thinking space.At the level of education management,we should change the education ecology,strengthen the operation supervision and guide the public opinion.At the teacher level,students should follow the principle of open and generated homework;follow the principle of scientific content,and design reasonable and practical homework;follow the principle of form diversity,design flexible and free homework and follow the principle of comprehensive evaluation,and design hierarchical and diversified homework evaluation methods.At the student level,students should strengthen will training,pay attention to group cooperation and cultivate learning interest.Parents should change their education methods,actively cooperate with students,and upgrade their parent-child learning.
