The arrival of the information age has posed new challenges to talent cultivation in the new era.Due to the rapid updating of knowledge, more attention should be paid to cultivating students’ exploration ability and developing core literacy,so that students can acquire knowledge independently in new situations.Physics builds physical models based on observation and experiments.Middle school physics experiments are a special cognitive process for students to explore the physical world and master basic knowledge of physics.Exploratory experiments emphasize the logical reasoning process from facts to abstractions, and are an important way to cultivate students’ core literacy.Existing research shows that authentic learning theory focuses on students’ experiences in life and uses these questions to explore, aiming to help students connect school learning with problem application scenarios in life.Authentic learning theory is a powerful guarantee of inquiry.Combining authenticity theory with exploratory experiments can not only meet the needs of learners’ self-development,but also meet the requirements of society for talent quality.Based on previous research results, this study analyzed the basic elements of authentic learning theory, and combined with the characteristics of exploratory experiments, proposed a design framework for exploratory experiments based on authentic learning.Based on this framework and combined with high school mechanics knowledge,a case design was conducted to provide ideas for the design of high school mechanics inquiry experiments and provide a strong guarantee for the effective exploration of exploratory experiments.
