Research On The Optimized Management Of The Internal Control System Of Assets In H Middle School

As the state becomes more and more strict in asset management,administrative state-owned assets,as the important foundation and material guarantee for the development of the Party and the country,should closely implement the new development concept,build a new development pattern,and effectively promote high-quality development.As an important part of state-owned assets,administrative state-owned assets are also an important part of promoting Chinese path to modernization and tamping the material foundation of modernization.At present,the international situation is severe and complex,the downward pressure on the domestic economy continues to increase,and the financial sector is in a tight balance for a long time.We need to further strengthen the management of administrative state-owned assets,revitalize the stock assets,optimize the distribution of incremental assets,better serve the national strategy,and constantly consolidate the material and political foundation of the Party’s governance and rejuvenation.There are many problems in primary and secondary schools,such as shortage of personnel,low quality of personnel,extensive management and so on.The new government accounting system has been continuously promoted in depth,and the requirements for internal control and management of assets in primary and secondary schools have become higher and higher.However,there are still many problems in the internal control and management of primary and secondary school assets.On the one hand,under the new government accounting system,the country has higher and higher requirements for the internal control management of assets in primary and secondary schools.On the other hand,there are common problems in the internal control management of assets in primary and secondary schools.This paper takes H Middle School as an example to find out the reasons for the problems in H Middle School by analyzing the problems in the internal control management of H Middle School’s assets.And analyze the specific problems and propose targeted solutions.The innovation of this paper is mainly to take the special group of primary and secondary schools as the research object,and systematically study the plan of improving the internal control and management of assets in primary and secondary schools under the implementation of the new government accounting system.Through the research of this topic,we can formulate targeted solutions when carrying out asset management for primary and secondary schools.Strengthen the internal control management of assets,optimize the internal control processes,improve the efficiency of asset utilization,save financial funds,and promote the development of national compulsory education.This study believes that it is of great significance to optimize the internal control management system of asset management in primary and secondary schools.Under the current complex situation,optimizing management,saving financial funds,activating idle assets,and improving the efficiency of asset utilization are conducive to strengthening the internal management of the unit,improving the efficiency of basic education,and strengthening the comprehensive national strength of the country.It is of great significance to China’s development as a whole.
