With the deepening reform of China’s education system,promoting the continuous development of private schools,the improvement of teachers’ comprehensive quality and teaching ability has an important impact on the survival and development of private schools,so the teacher training management work has gradually attracted the attention of private schools.S school in the process of rapid development in recent years is also faced with the pressure of teacher ability promotion and training,and the teaching quality of S school,need to study the teacher training management problems and improve,to improve the teachers’ teaching ability,and improve the teaching level of S school and comprehensive influence.Based on the adult learning theory and human capital theory,this study used the CIPP evaluation model and Ke Shi model tools,questionnaire survey and other related research methods were used to analyze the teacher training management problems in S schools,and put forward corresponding improvement suggestions and implementation safeguard measures.Firstly,Collect and summarize relevant domestic and foreign journals,Based on the current situation of teacher training and management in S schools,And the teacher training management theory and analysis tools are elaborated,Lay the theoretical support for this research;next,Explain the current situation of teacher training and management in S schools,Combining interviews and research to explore the problems of teacher training and management in S schools,Analysis the reasons behind it;once more,To clarify the improvement objectives,principles and ideas of this study,From the teacher training management demand research and analysis,training organization and implementation,training teachers and courseware,and training effect evaluation of four aspects of targeted improvement suggestions;lastly,In terms of organizational management,human resources,information technology and financial management.This study found that:for private schools and their education undertakings,the management incentive and ability and quality training of teachers are very important,and improving their comprehensive quality and teaching ability can also promote the sustainable development of private schools.This study has a positive impact on teacher training management in S schools,and provides reference for teacher training management in other similar schools.
