In order to implement the top-level policy designs such as the overall plan for the reform and development of Chinese football,the medium and long-term development plan of Chinese football(2016-2020),and the guiding opinions on strengthening the work of national youth campus football reform experimental areas and experimental counties(districts),and actively respond to the conference spirit of "National Youth Football work tele conference",Deepening the "integration of sports and education" to promote the physical health of teenagers,promoting national fitness,national health and overall well-off,consolidate the basic skills and tactical combination of Chinese football and "three ball" sports,and then realize the "four for" of the state,society,family and individual to promote sports power,healthy China and "China dream".As a specific implementation of the national strategy of campus football,China has started the training of campus football teachers since 2015.In 2019,the Ministry of Education issued a special report on the development of national youth campus football and the national youth campus football summer camp activity report,clearly indicating that the core of the next stage of campus football work is "to create an upgraded version of campus football,so as to make the popularization more solid,the system more complete,the guarantee more real and the integration more sufficient".From the objective level,it is required to further improve the training effectiveness of the current campus football teachers in China.The evaluation of the training effectiveness of campus football teachers is an important lever to leverage the comprehensive reform of training and stimulate the vitality of training.Timely,objective,scientific and effective evaluation can objectively recognize the effectiveness,achievements and problems of campus football special teachers' training,and lead the training reform of campus football teachers on the right track,so as to realize the promotion of construction and improvement by evaluation,to promote the healthy development of the construction of Chinese campus football teachers.At present,the relevant departments and social related organizations at all levels of our country have increased the efforts of the training of campus football teachers year by year,and the training effect is gradually showing.However,on the whole,there is still a lack of systematic evaluation of the training effect.Based on this background,this study takes "evaluation and Optimization Countermeasures of the training effectiveness of campus football teachers" as the research object,and uses the methods of literature,field investigation,questionnaire survey,expert interview,education evaluation and other methods to construct training effect evaluation index system of the special teachers of Campus football.The purpose of this paper is to consider the effectiveness of campus football teacher training in China,and then to improve the optimization strategy of campus football teacher training effectiveness in China.The results show that:(1)The development of campus football is an important measure to promote sports power and healthy China.The key idea to improve the core quality of campus football teachers is to cultivate morality.Improving the construction of training system is an important way to improve the quality of campus football teachers,Training effectiveness evaluation is the prerequisite for optimizing the training system of campus football teachers.It is also the research background of the effectiveness evaluation and Optimization Countermeasures of campus football teachers' training in China.It mainly includes three aspects: examining the current situation of the training of campus football teachers,considering the effectiveness of the training of Campus football teachers,and optimizing the strategies of the training of campus football teachers.(2)Looking back on the development of our country's campus football teacher training,it is found that after years of football teacher training practice,our country has formed the strategic planning policy of campus football special teacher training,and has made substantial progress in the aspects of constant clear of training objectives,constant completeness of training content,constant strengthening of teachers' equipment and so on,and the training effect has initially appeared.Whether it is the expansion of the number of trained teachers,the expansion of geographical distribution,or the actual contribution of trained teachers in grass-roots posts,all reflect the positive influence of special teacher training in promoting campus football career.(3)Taking system theory,integrated teaching theory,teaching process optimization theory,continuing education theory and adult learning theory as theoretical reference,the evaluation index system of the training effect of campus football special teachers is established in accordance with the principles of scientificity,measurability and guidance,It includes overall training satisfaction(weight: 0.265),improvement degree of training harvest(0.243),practicability of training results(0.252)and recognition degree of training achievements(0.240)four first-class indicators,Training course content(weight 0.261),training process implementation(weight 0.248),training process support(weight 0.245),training process management(weight 0.246),football professional knowledge(weight 0.526),football professional ability(weight 0.474),classroom Football Teaching(weight 0.528),extra-curricular football sports(weight 0.472),relevant specific achievements(weight 0.517),recognition degree of relevant personnel(weight 0.483)ten second-class indicators and the setting of training objectives(weight 0.334),main training forms(weight 0.342),training assessment management(weight 0.332),training and teaching organization(weight 0.189)and football characteristic school(weight 0.318)thirty two third-class indicators etc.(4)This paper uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct the influencing factor model of the effectiveness evaluation of campus football teachers' training,and explores the specific data performance of the degree of promotion of the training harvest,the practicability of the training results,the overall satisfaction of the training and the recognition of the training results.Through the regression model,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the training of Chinese campus football teachers.It is found that the problems that affect the effectiveness of the training mainly focus on five factors: the training management system,the connection of curriculum content,the implementation of operation links,the application of supervision mechanism and the effect of evaluation quality.Based on this,the following suggestions are put forward(1)Foreign experience for reference.Learning from the policy support,social organization and funding guarantee of the British school football teacher training system,learning from the teacher strength,training concept and linkage mechanism of school football special teacher training in Japan,and learning from the certification system,training materials and training system of school football special teachers in South Korea,we can optimize the effectiveness of school football teacher training in China.(2)The goal is to achieve a systematic training system for special teachers of campus football,an integrated training system for special teachers of campus football,and an optimized training system for special teachers of campus football,Through the construction of a systematic training management system,the development of hierarchical curriculum content system,the creation of a professional team of professional teachers and the establishment of an integrated monitoring and guarantee mechanism,the training effectiveness content of campus football teachers can be improved.(3)We should promote the reform of the training system for football teachers on campus,gradually establish a long-term consultation mechanism between policy areas and professional fields,develop a scientific curriculum system,enhance the logicality between courses,and optimize the content of the training system for special teachers of campus football.We should strengthen the capacity building and the operation of the optimized system,To improve the theoretical quality,practical ability,technical level and management thinking of the training system team;to build an integrated supervision mechanism,and to optimize the embodiment of training effectiveness by using the advanced concepts of procedural,scientific and standardized contained in the supervision mechanism;to strengthen the evaluation of the effect of campus football special teacher training to promote reform and construction by evaluation,The evaluation will be incorporated into the improvement mechanism of training link,and the training practice will be continuously improved through the action implementation of evaluation feedback.
