With the development of modern information technology and execution of education reform, the requirements on educational technology ability of teachers are constantly improved and the training is one of effective ways to solve the problem. Now, the training of educational technology ability of primary and secondary school teachers has started and primary training has already spread throughout the country. The middle training has started in Beijing in 2008. Whether the teachers participating in training are satisfied with the training? Whether the teachers have the correct understanding to education technology? Whether the teachers master related knowledge and skill? Whether the teachers use the skill after the training? The paper focuses on the evaluation on the effect of middle training of educational technology ability in order to know the effect of training and give the suggestion for better training.Firstly, train situation and train evaluation of home and abroad teachers are stated and train evaluation theory and models are introduced through literature review.Secondly, accordingly to"teacher's educational technology ability standard in the middle and primary schools (try out)", teaching content and objective of educational technology ability training material are analyzed based on Kirkpatrick model and the evaluation index system is proposed using delphi method. The first grade indexes of index system mainly include training action, learning harvest, behavioral changes and training achievement. The index system includes 14 second grade indexes and 52 third grade indexes. The index weight is determined using analytic hierarchy process.Thirdly, the training of educational technology ability of teachers of an exurb country of Beijing city is evaluated and analyzed through questionnaire, interview and observation. The investigation data are analyzed and computed using Spss and Matlab software. The training effect is analyzed using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The influence degree of training on index change is illustrated using clustering method. The relationship between training effect and individual factors of teaches is analyzed using contingency correlation and chi-square test.Finally, the study results of the paper are summarized. The suggestions of effective developing training and improving training effect are given. The further study problems are pointed out.
