A Study On The Entrepreneurial Intention Of College Students In Henan Province Under The Background Of "Rural Revitalization"

Under the background of "rural revitalization",Henan Province attaches more and more importance to the development of agricultural economy.The No.1 Central Document was released in 2022 to strengthen the construction of rural vitalization personnel and implement the plan to cultivate high-quality farmers.College students themselves have high comprehensive quality and can become an important talent support for the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.With the number of college graduates increasing year by year,the employment situation is becoming more severe.Therefore,college students in Henan Province can not only promote the development of rural economy,but also ease the employment pressure of graduates in Henan province.Henan province is a big agricultural province,agricultural development has advantaged advantages,but the survey of college students in Henan province found that the willingness to return home business is not strong.Based on this phenomenon,this paper takes the willingness of college students in Henan Province to go back to their hometowns to start businesses as the research object,and studies the willingness of college students to go back to their hometowns to start businesses.Firstly,the research background,research significance and research status at home and abroad are expounded.Then the relevant concepts and theoretical basis are elaborated,including the concepts of rural revitalization and returning entrepreneurial intention,entrepreneurial event theory and planned behavior theory.Then,through the results of the survey,the status quo and problems of college students’ willingness to go back to their hometown were analyzed.Then the empirical analysis is made on the willingness of college students in Henan province to go back to their hometown to start businesses.Based on the analysis results,the feasibility suggestions are put forward to promote the willingness of college students in Henan province to go back to their hometown to start businesses.In the research,the following main problems encountered by college students in Henan province in the process of returning home to start businesses are obtained: from the perspective of college students themselves,college students returning home to start businesses financing difficulties,lack of entrepreneurial experience,traditional concepts hinder college students returning home to start businesses.From the perspective of colleges and universities,colleges and universities lack the popularization of rural innovation and entrepreneurship education,lack of entrepreneurship education teachers,lack of targeted entrepreneurial practice activities back home.From the perspective of the government,the policies issued by the government are not perfect enough,and the propaganda of supporting policies for college students to start businesses back home is not in place.According to the current situation of economic development in Henan Province and the problems encountered by college students returning home to start businesses,this paper puts forward countermeasures from the three aspects of individuals,colleges and governments.From the perspective of individuals,college students should strengthen the concept of returning home to start businesses,expand the choice of employment;Learn the knowledge of returning home to start a business,and carry out the practice of returning home to start a business;Parents should change the traditional idea of choosing a career and support college students to start their own businesses back home.From the point of view of colleges and universities: colleges and universities should hire professional teachers to enrich the entrepreneurial education mode of returning home;Cultivate college students’ interest in returning home to start businesses,and call on college students to join the team of returning home to start businesses;Organizing practice activities for returning home to start businesses to improve the skills of college students returning home to start businesses.From the government’s point of view: the government should improve the entrepreneurship policy to attract talents to return home;Increase the publicity,call back home entrepreneurship;We will improve the infrastructure for rural entrepreneurship and provide a good environment for entrepreneurship.
